Excellent pin/necklace for any Grimm fan!
It's really beautiful for what it is and it has holes so you can wear it as a necklace. I wish it could fold closed like it does on the show, but they do sell a necklace like that. Which brings me to my reasoning to buying this, it's cheaper than the necklace and it's more durable than the necklace from what i've heard. So i figured why buy the necklace when i can wear this one as a necklace? especially when all the reviews for the actual necklace are seemingly bad reviews!

this is so cool. I am really happy to have received this item as a present. Its very accurate and a good size.I am hoping to be able to wear it as a necklace much like Nick does. It is sad it doesn't move but that is alright because the design on the key part of it is really cool too.

Picture is not worth a thousand words....
The item pictured leads one to believe that key is movable as in the TV show. Although item looks nice there are no actual screws in this replica. Item is solid piece & does not fold which would have really made this "screen accurate".

Great details in the design...I'm only disappointed that it doesn't hinge open & close like the one on the show. Next iteration!

Love this. Didn't realise it was a badge but still like it. Thought you'd be able to open it but I guess for the price it makes sense.

Having seen the first three seasons of Grimm, I thought this would be a great souvenir. It's very pretty, but not what I expected. In the programme, the key folds with the two halves pivotting to cover the head of the key. (bit like opening a leatherman tool) Again, both sides of the key are fully decorated in the series. This is distinctly single-sided, with the rear being very plain, other than manufacturers references, and has a single vertical pin, so this can be worn on clothing. Moreover, it is a single casting. There are no hinges, no joints, and what you see on the image is what you get. So, a pretty object, but quite dissimilar to the genuine article.
