Decent brushes for the price you buy them for. They are soft and do what they’re supposed to do. They’re more of a midgrade paintbrush.

For the price, you can't beat having paint brushes that work really well for hobbies and other small paint jobs. For any paint job that requires a paint crew, we'll leave the type of brushes they use up to them. We'll be keeping these and might order another set for gifts.

I have been a painter for over 40 years and have used Purdy brushes for most of them. I have lent brushes to my kids over the years and even tho I stressed how important it is to clean them properly, they never came back in the same condition they left in. I bought these with the intension of lending them instead of my Purdy brushes, I used one the other day for touch up and was pleasantly surprised. No bristles fell out, the tapered bristles cut a very nice line. Overall, I'm very pleased.

Good value for what you get. Not pro grade by a long shot but will work on more than 1 project if you clean them properly. Good value.
