Mandal Mens Rain Jackets Waterproof With Hood – Heavy Duty PVC-Coated Workwear Rain Coat

Very nice 100% waterproof PVC jacket. Quality comparable to Grundens but at a fraction of the price. I purchased the XL navy blue jacket but the color is not a deep blue but kind of blue/grayish in color. XL Fits nicely but I think an XXL would’ve fit me well too if I had to wear thicker clothing. I bought one for each member in the family in different colors. We use it for heavy rain days to keep dry. Not like the lightweight cheap “breathable” rain jackets that get soaked quickly in heavy rain. 100% happy with this purchase, highly recommend this jacket for heavy rain days.

Definitely waterproof but sizing runs large. I typically wear medium and the bib overalls and rain jacket in size medium both are too big for me unless I was wearing extreme layering underneath. I just ordered the small size rain jacket and without layering that fits me. I also have this jacket in medium in a different color. The material is not very breathable but for the price and purpose I don’t care about that. I wanted something to be 100% waterproof. I typically am only working in heavy rain for 1-2 hours max as long periods of heavy rain are not frequent in my work region however I do have to work in the elements at times and need apparel that can hold up. My recommendation is that for slim or fit people you buy one size smaller than your normal size or what the size guide says unless you plan to wear the jacket over layers. The material is somewhat heavy and thick so it will be warm so factor that into how many layers you think you can wear underneath.

Been wearing Helly Hansen products for years, nothing compares!

So I got this for my dad because he was always asking to use mine. It’s true to size, it completely blocks water and wind, but it doesn’t breathe so it gets hot. I’ve had mine for a few years and it’s never let me down, and now my dad loves his!

The Helly Hansen Men’s Mandal Jacket is my go-to for working outside in different weather. It holds up really well in rain and wind, and keeps me dry without feeling stiff or uncomfortable. It’s lightweight but still durable, and easy to move in throughout the day. Great everyday work jacket when conditions change

I'm 6'1", 235 lbs, 32" inseam, which may not seem relevant regarding a jacket but it's just that I've got a longish torso and arms, with a bit of a belly. I ordered the 2XL and the fit is perfect, the sleeves come down to where my hands bend at my wrists, the back covers the pockets of my jeans, and there's enough room for a thick sweatshirt underneath. The jacket has a front inner flap with two snaps (I wish it had three) and the front snaps are secure. I haven't had the chance to wear it in the rain yet but hoping we have a warmer wet February like we did last year. It's seems light enough to be comfortable on warmer days, just heavy enough to keep warm on chilly days, and with another sweatshirt underneath, on cold days maybe down to 35°. Construction seems top notch and I expect many years of wear out of it.

Definitely sturdy and rainproof, but the snap closure leaves much to be desired. They unsnap when bending over to, for example, pick up and bag my dog's waste. A good, sturdy zipper would be preferable. The company has a stellar reputation, but this is a bit of a disappointment.

Este año ha sido uno excepcional en lluvias y tenía varias chaquetas supuestamente impermeables pero nada más lejos de la realidad. He comprado esta sin conocer la marca y encontrando ésta al poner en el buscador "impermeable de trabajo". Tenía ciertas dudas con ella pero al recibirla y usarla bajo la lluvia las he despejado todas. Esta chaqueta es un impermeable magnífico. A pesar que cuenta con algunas costuras no se filtra ni una sola gota de agua. Es, sin duda, la mejor opción calidad precio que pude haber encontrado. Destacar que la política de Helly Hansen en Amazon es mantener el precio siempre igual, ni subirlo en invierno ni bajarlo en verano fuera de la temporada de lluvias, así que es muy ajustado. Por poco más de 50€ se puede uno llevar un producto de muy alta calidad. Destacar que es impermeable no sólo de fuera para dentro: tampoco transpira por lo que hay que tener esto en cuenta porque bajo una lluvia fuerte se puede pasar calor con esta chaqueta. La recomiendo fervientemente.

Veste de pluie de bonne qualité bonne taille et arrivée en avance. A recommander.

Es un impermeable de muy buena calidad, luego luego se ve y se siente. Ya lo probé en lluvia y ningún problema.
