Warranty is only 30 days
My unit gave a error message and stop after 2 months. I was able to get the fan to work by turning it by hand and restarting. Have not had trouble since. The original fan lasted 19 years. might be better to buy from local distributor. Not hard to change out the fans they did give all the connectors to do the job. You do have to cut wires.
