If you're planning on using this device on MicroSoft Windows 10 make sure it is the latest release or that all updates are installed. I purchased to install on a Lenovo ThinkServer that needed Microsoft Windows 10 Professional installed as it was running Debian Linux previously. I have several MicroSoft OEM Install Discs. I installed Windows 10 Professional with the card already in place. It did not recognize the card. I loaded the trusty "included" install disc only to discover every driver required an additional download. On a PC with no internet, this could prove to be difficult. So I went on to read the "included" instructions on the "included" disc, only to discover that every instruction file was a shortcut to a website. Once again... on a PC with no internet, this could prove to be difficult. I was irate, but attempted one more thing before initializing a return. I downloaded the latest version of MicrSoft Windows 10 and created an install USB using my MacBook Pro. Not an easy task since the USB needs to be formatted FAT32 and the install image has one file at 6GB, not supported by FAT32, but I digress. After completing the Microsoft Windows 10 Professional with the latest install image... everything worked. Bluetooth, WiFi, everything was perfect with no additional tasks needed. I use Remote Desktop from my MacBook Pro regularly and even watching YouTube through the Remote Desktop has no issues. Speed and ease are completely reliant on having the latest updates before attempting install. Do that and it's a fantastic card and WiFi option for your desktop.

Works great but beware if you care about Bluetooth
Works great but the bluetooth requires a bit of extra work. Make sure you uninstall any previous bluetooth devices before you plug your card into its slot. Wi-Fi is really fast and worked easy out of the box. It’s a good affordable solution that is better than TP-Link’s much more expensive version.

thicc boi antennas, works with Linux out of the box
This OKN WiFi 6E AX5400 PCIe WiFi Card AX210 was just delivered today. I put it in my SFF Optiplex running Kubuntu 22.10. The wi-fi connected quickly and has stronger signal strength than the previous (MIS brand) adapter I was using. Likes: ⊛ thicc boi antennas - I've had expensive routers with smaller antennas than these chungus doohickies. ⊛ minipcie card is easy to remove in case future upgrades are needed. ⊛ low profile bracket included - Factory screws are on really tight. Don't use the included screwdriver to remove the full height bracket, you'll just strip the screw head. ⊛ screwdriver and case screw included - don't need it, but it's a thoughtful gesture that I appreciate. ⊛ driver CD included - Who even does that anymore? Nice people, that's who. Again, didn't need but still appreciate. ⊛ stronger signal strength than any other wi-fi adapter I've had in this location. (Probably due to dem thicc bois!) ⊛ lastly, but most importantly: works with Linux (Kubuntu 22.10) immediately. I wasted HOURS trying to get realtek and broadcom wifi chips to work on newer kernel, without success. As expected, the Intel chip on this wifi adapter worked immediately. Dislikes: Being super, extra, unnecessarily nitpicky; I don't like the thin metal antenna connector retention bracket for where the antenna leads connect to the wifi card itself. It's probably fine but would rather have seen plastic or non-conductive coating on a better quality metal piece. It's really no big deal, but I couldn't think of anything else to put under 'dislike'. Verdict: Based on the first hour of use after installing, I'd recommend this to anyone with a low profile computer and/or anyone wanting a solid Linux compatible wifi adapter. Wifi signal strength is better than expected and speed is what it should be. I can't speak to the Bluetooth yet, as I'm waiting on a header female to USB-A adapter cable to arrive. (no open USB headers on optiplex mobo).

Works great but must be in PCIE-1 slot in motherboard
I had a *very hard* time getting this card to work correctly in my PC, but with help from the manufacturer (UFON), I was eventually able to get it configured and operating normally. My symptoms were that the device would be recognized but not start up in Windows 10, especially after any configuration changes. I could sometimes get it to start normally and on a few instances it actually connected to my network, but would disconnect after 5-10 seconds. The sales support staff at UFON responded within a day to my email request for assistance. They key piece of information they provided was that this adapter needs to be in PCIE-1 slot for compatibility AND since it is an INTEL-based card, it may have compatibility issues with AMD-based systems. Fortunately, I have an ASROCK motherboard with an Intel i7 processor. After switching the adapter to the proper PCI slot, configuration was simple. INTEL has good documentation for their driver software which also helps. The card is now connecting on 802.11AC with no issues and I am getting a sold 585 Mbps connection which sometimes ramps up to 650 or even 866 Mbps. This is, of course, highly dependent on the distance to my Xfinity router. YMMV. The Bluetooth network features are a bonus, too! If there had been better instructions or compatibility information, I would have given a 5-star rating, but since I was hours away from returning it back to Amazon, I dropped it down one notch. Very glad to be off of my old 2.4 GHz connection. Life is good!

Great WiFi Performance, Doesn’t Quite Hit Advertised Speeds
Arrived quickly thanks to Prime and was easy to set up. It performs well for WiFi, which is all I currently need—I haven’t used the Bluetooth feature. It doesn’t quite reach the maximum speeds advertised (other devices on my network do), but I still average 650–750 Mbps on a 1Gb connection. Solid performance overall, and I’m happy with it.

Perfect PCIe adapter
In fact most of the similar WiFi6 adapters are dumb simple wiring adapter for Intel X200 or X201 WiFi6 modules with M.2 PCIe or M.2 CONv interfaces, intended for laptop or some advanced desktop motherboard (some Dell desktops have) use... so, nothing special, it just has to be quality PCB design (in Altium or similar ECAD), antennas, antenna pigtails, brackets and screws are all awailable components... 2 brackets supplied for full size or low profile case installations. Antena connector holes on brackets match the shape of connectors itself (not round), so it makes easy to swap brackets and tighten nuts. As most of desktop plug-in cards it is very easy to install. As PCB is made in LP form factor, it is small size and doesn't obstruct video adapter fans, as in most cases available PCIe slots are a extremely to video adapter PCIe slots... If you are going to use it for Desktop PC only, there might be a reason getting some other models, as this exact one has no protective metal shield cover, regardless PCB itself has cover soldering perimeter line on it - solid con, as that has to protect module from EMI inside PC case. Still, card operates perfect, so no reduction on stars ;) BUT, that con turns into a huge pro... you can easily remove Intel AX200 module from the adapter without headache of desoldering protective cover, just small Philips screwdriver and you can transplant it to either desktop pc motherboard (as mentioned, some Dell desktops have similar M.2 PCIe or M.2 CONv based WiFi modules or upgrade your laptop one. Just pay attention to your laptop interface slot, if it is M.2 CONv, then you need Intel AX201 module based one. Intel AX200 module supports BT via separate USB line, so AX200 based WiFi6 adapters have USB pigtails to connect to MB. And BTW, as per Intel specs, both, AX200 and AX201 have BT 5.1 , so don't get confused if some similar boards will have BT5.0 in description... in fact it will be 5.1 P.S. ⚠️ if you plan to upgrade laptop or desktop with integrated wifi module, make sure you download driver from Intel or provide computer with wired or alternate wireless connection to internet for automatic driver download... as Microsoft doesn't recognize it yet... P.P.S. yes, you can get Intel AX200 or AX201 from Mouser, DigiKey, Element14 etc., but +taxes+shipping... with Amazon Prime, you can have free shipping and plus delivery to secure locker nearby... ;) plus extra antennas, and adapter PCB... ;)

Works really good!
The package is cheap to keep the price down and I do not mind that! Besides the adapter you get a low profile bracket /w screw, screwdriver, antennas, BT cable, instructions and eventually a CD which I do not care for, but if your internet is based on this adapter, you may need it. Another option would be to download your drivers on a USB stick using a laptop, phone, tablet... I went to intel and downloaded drivers (wifi and BT) for AX210. I disabled my motherboard's wifi and BT and power off. I installed the adapter into a PCIe slot, plugged in BT cable into one of my motherboards USB slot (if you do not have one of those and need BT, you will need to get an USB extension splitter adapter), install the antennas and power up computer. Double check that motherboard's wifi and BT are disabled and when they are, go ahead and install intel drivers. Reboot. Now connect to wi-fi, check frequency, speed and latency. Now check BT: open Device Manager, go to Bluetooth - Intel(R) Wireless Bluetooth, right click Properties, advanced tab and check out Firmware version HCI 12.xxxxx , If that starts with 12 you have BT 5.3, if starts with 11 you have BT 5.2, if starts with 10 you have BT 5.1. This AX210 will provide BT 5.3. Wifi connection is really good and stable despite the fact that antennas are somehow in the corner of the room, very low, behind the PC tower and router is in another room about 15 yards away. Compared with my motherboard wifi/BT I'm getting a bit better speed (almost max to what provider is promising) and lower latency with a more stable connection + BT 5.3 vs 5.0. For the value, this card is hard to beat.
