What is the size of the brass nut ? Is it 50mm or 51mm (50.8 mm = 2 inch). I have a 50mm box spanner as the nut is inaccessable otherwise.

Can this be fitted to Bsib with a seperate overflow?

It is a slotted waste grate so is suitable for a integrated back overflow on the basin. The pop up waste is only screwed on.

Will this make the sink drain quicker?

I don't think that it drains any faster than an ordinary plug but it does drain quickly enough for satisfaction.

what is the measurement of the top of the body? it shows the flange at 70mm but i need to know the body as it looks smaller than 70mm

I'm not to great on measuring .. but across top silver bit I get it at 68mm but it has slight raise its not flat. All I can say is my plumber told me to get any pop up for bathroom sink.. as they are all standard size.. hope this helps
