Brandit Men's 9390-88-L Windbreaker

Received 2 days after ordering. I had 2 pre-order worries and asked in the questions section re difference between camel (£71) and beige (£52), I went for beige and the answer is they are both the same colour (sand), the camel has the added winter lining. And size, pre-buy free returns was unspecified but post-buy was confirmed but the size was right as per English standard. It is a nice straight trim fit so if your belly is big think to go up a size. Well made in heavy durable cotton, too heavy for summer but perfect for spring/autumn worn over a shirt or jumper and winter when worn over a fleece.

Its nice quality material, well made and stiched, its washes well. Odd loose thread but simple to remove. Overall really nice but wouldn't want to pay any more. Main issue is that its quite tapered so fits close around the stomach. If you have a belly its likely to be too tight there, I have a bit but its just OK. this is why so many reviews say go size up. DONT go size up if you are reasonable trim. The XL fits perfect which is my usual size but its tighter than I would like around the belly but just OK. Photos are accruate and overall very nice jacket

Love this Jacket!!! First off the advice about the size chart is true, always order a size up... I'm 6'2 14st 45inch chest and 34 waist and ordered an XL and it fitted me perfectly. The sleeves length came down to my wrists, slightly over and I've got a long reach. The jacket has a waist string to tighten the sides and this came round by the bottom of my ribs while the pockets came down to my hips, I'm only trying to give you an idea on how the jacket fits. The jacket is really stylish and is a good material, it fits perfect, isn't baggy nor is it tight, looks even better with the waist string tightened, bringing the sides in a bit, has 4 pockets outside and 1 inside and the collar has a hood inside but I don't plan on taking it out, as the collar as it is sits perfect and doesn't curl or twist at the ends, the zip has a black leather border that looks really nice. Arrived today before expected and was packaged really well. I got the olive and cant fault it. So as long as you get you're size correct, you shouldn't have an issue. Hope this helps.

I am a short guy with a stocky frame so this jacket is inevitably a little large on the arm length other than that I love it good quality Item not cheap ay the price but worthy of it Ultimately I am very pleased with the purchase

The three stars is for the design, materials and construction. All very good, looked like it would last and had a metal zip. Two stars have been lost for sizing. The sizing seems very odd. I’m 6ft exactly and bought 4XL due to being a larger gentleman. It fit well across the shoulders and chest, however the length for the torso was far too short, particularly the rear of the jacket which seemed to be shorter than the front when measured unworn. This left the bottom of the jacket above my belt line, and, not a good look. I had previously ordered a 2XL which was fine in the length but was too small on the chest so wouldn’t fasten. Overall, the sizing is weird or the 4XL was not sized correctly when made (and with the back being shorter than the front, this could be a possibility but there are other reviews saying it’s a short fit on taller people) Had to return it, which was easy using the free returns process.

This a great jacket. It’s well made and quite heavyweight due to the quality of the materials. Seems like it will last for years. Has a concealed hood in the collar that’s obviously quite thin, but haven’t tried it out yet

Only one star as the size descriptions are way out! This was possibly two sizes too large, if not three!!! Others than that, it's a very nice jacket. Just very disappointing that so many sellers haven't a clue what they are actually selling.

OK, we all know the sizing on these garments is confusing. Some people say you need to go down a size from your normal whilst others say go up one size. I received a jacket yesterday and not the Winter one as they are all classified on this Amazon page. three black jackets shown but one does not have the furry lining (You can see which) and that is the one I ordered and received. I am 5'10" and 18 stone with a 42"-44" waist. My chest is 46" and unfortunately my belly is 48" around (All actual tight to body measurements.) I normally get XXXl in most tops but took a gamble and went one size higher at XXXXl as the other was unavailable. Good job I did as the XXXL would have been too tight. The jacket fits really well with just enough room for a hoodie or sweatshirt underneath. It is not too tight to show off my belly but just right. The shoulders are perhaps very slightly too wide but only just. The arms, as normal in my size are a little long. There are two buttons at the cuff and even using the tighter of the two the sleeve goes over and covers my hand including the fingers. Just another large black button needs sewing on in a tighter position or move one of the two already there, just a bit of unstitching and resewing required. The jacket is a little short in the body, but that is pretty clear in reviews and photos, but not so it looks stupid. All in all it looks really cool when on and is actually much blacker/darker than I thought it would be with its washed out finish. Hopefully this might help some of you to choose the right size, I assume the M65 jacket is similar in sizing.

Größe XXL bei 185cm und 95kg passt perfekt. Schöne Jacke, Stoff angenehm. Was mir nicht so gut gefällt, ist die einzige Innentasche. Ein aktuelles Smartphone (zB iPhone 15) passt zwar rein, aber dann lässt sich der Klettverschluss nicht mehr schließen. Die Tasche hätte gerne 3cm größer sein können. Trotzdem gibt’s 5 Sterne, insbesondere bei dem Preis unter 50€.
