The crossrope is an incredibly well engineered bit of kit. I never would have thought so much thought and engineering excellence could go into a skipping rope. I'm a pretty decent with a jump. Been doing pretty consistently for over 25 years and consider myself a bit of a ninja. Well let me tell you that the weighted, interchangeable concept is a game changer. Not only does the weight of the "rope" throughly increase the effort required to jump (I would think little of 45 minutes to a hour of cardio with a regular rope and I was done in after 30 minutes with this little gem), it makes you better at skipping due ro the increased resistance of the weighted rope. It makes all the movements and tricks more definite and achievable. 5 stars, awesome bit of kit that I would recommend to anyone. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Crossrope is the BEST *by R***8 on 24 July 2018* I have not got this rope for a long time BUT, I absolutely love it ... Shame that Crossrope is not as popular in Europe as it is in US. The best feature is the interchangable rope (comes with a 1/4lb and 1/2lb) which takes literally seconds to swap over when you are doing a circuit/HIIT workout. I understand that the price for this one is quite high (probably due to import taxes and shipping costs from US) and probably 95% of the people would not pay it but I guess you pay what you get. This is btw my 5th rope so I think I can compare some other trademarks now :) ... Started out with a 5£ one which does the job but then realised that I need something better. There are some Youtube channels which are promoting this brand quite heavily so I thought I will give it a shot... so far definitely not dissapointed...Wish it woud be easier to get the heavier 1lb and 2lb ropes for strenght conditioning workout. Also, Crossrope has its own phone app, should you wish to follow their workout plan. Many people underestimate what a jump rope can do workout wise - 20-30mins a day can easily replace an hour long session in a gym... ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I'll be jumping rope for a long time *by N***O on 5 September 2018* I'd say that there are two types of jump ropes and one is the Crossrope system. I researched for a while before taking the plunge to shell out about £85 to buy this bad boy. Man, I am getting another set for wifey. You can't put a price on good equipment. This one is certainly the best I've used.Crossrope did say that, "Your workouts are about to get more FAST, EFFECTIVE, and FAST. Mine became all 3 the very first day I used this rope. You guys certainly did your research and development.
