I tried on an extra small size and noticed the silicone O ring didn't fully surround my ulnar head. Is the ring larger as you go up in sizes?

The XS and S/M sizes have the same silicone ring size 11/16". The L/XL size has a silicone ring size of 13/16".

I have a 6" wrist, what size should I order?

I have a slightly less than 6 inch wrist and I ordered the small/medium size and it fit perfectly! It's easily adjustable and comfortable. Hope this helps!

Does anyone have a way to keep it from slipping away from my hand?

It has been suggested to wrap a piece of Coban tape around your wrist area first. Then secure the wrist band over the tape.

Table de taille inexact

J'ai mesuré mon poignet et selon le tableau de taille ça me prenait un s/m. Le tableau est inexact le S/M est beaucoup trop petit 1.5" d'écart. Ça me prendrait un l/XL. Je ne sais pas si ça va aider, mais sérieusement 90$ pour ça c'est vraiment exagéré.
