product quality is good. easy to fit with every tap and shower. best tap and shower filter at this price. Best shower and tap filter for hard water it also help to reduce hair fall.

Easy to install
Good product and easy to install. However it's difficult to analyse how it's benefiting in filtering the water, as we install this filter assuming the water quality is bad which is leading to hair fall. But haifall is still there after use for three months.

Worst service
Very bad product and even worst service. I called them around 6:30pm on Saturday they said they will help after I send them pics of the tap. No help was received and after 7pm i was redirected to ivr stating we will help you in Monday. What kind of nonsense is this.

Not so bad
Works very well with both tap and shower head. Quality is flimsy . Gives clear water so filters very well. Overall it is a useful product but quality needs to be improved and an indicator for filter change would have been better as every time opening and checking makes it leak and then again use of seal proof tape increases lot of work, time and money.

Very good product and service. When I ordered I got only one fitting which was for shower. After connecting with Customer care they arranged it in just 2 days. Amazed with their service.

Great Solution for Hard Water Problems
After installing the Riversoft water softener, I have seen a noticeable improvement in water quality. Earlier, I was facing severe hair fall due to hard water, but ever since I started using this product, the hair fall has reduced significantly. Itโs easy to install, works effectively, and makes a real difference. Definitely a worthwhile purchase for anyone struggling with hard water issues.

Best out of all other brands
Riversoft is the best out of all water softener/filters. Reasons: I purchased water science brand first, when I started using water filters. It didn't fit in my tap or shower. My roommate tried a different model in waterscience brand - Again didn't fit. That's 1500*2 waste. Then i ordered river soft and it was easy to fix. Just have to screw it in the shower. Not only that- it acts as a water pressure booster and increases the shower flow pressure. The best thing about river soft is that it is a filter between your shower head and the water pipe unlike other brands like Purifit, it is a direct shower head with filter inside which stopped working just after 4 months. PURIFIT is Such a waste product. Please don't buy. Buy Riversoft.

Itโs amazing
This item is so amazing! First to all, you can feel the different between the shower with filter and without. And, for sure, with this filter is better!

Good filtering, very wide
It works, though I would have preferred a narrower canister because there is only so much room between the the handle attachment and the wall. We have hard water, so I will put up with less range of motion for the shower head.
