The best for Pizza Napoletana
Caputo flour in general is excellent for pizza. The standard 'blue' and the 'Nuvola' versions yield delicious results. But the crust one gets with SuperNuvola is out of this world: light, chewy, tender, very tasty. The difference with Nuvola, its closest rival, is very marked. The dough rises higher, the gluten development is better. The dough stretches beautifully in both cases (I use a 72h cold rising recipe) but there is more boost upon baking for Super-Nuvola. In short, I shall only be buying Super Nuvola from now on! The price difference is entirely justified, and the results are incredibly good. No other flour I have tried (and I have tried LOTS!) comes close to it. It really is not hyped.

The Perfect Bulk Buy for Passionate Budding Pizza Chefs.
I absolutely love this four! I'm a pizza addict—more importantly, I'm home-cooked pizza obsessed. Disappointed at the Supermarket offerings, I decided to look further afield for the best flour and to bulk-buy and store at home. I ordered this flour and purchased a 30l airtight drum (which is on my idea's list) and I have not been disappointed. I emptied the 25kg bag into the airtight drum and use a scoop to remove the flour needed for Saturday pizza sessions. Most importantly, the Caputo Nuvola flour makes amazing pizza dough which stretches beautifully and makes amazing think and crispy pizzas or deep pan pizzas.

Ormai utilizzo questa farina in questo formato da quando è scoppiato il covid e tutti gli italiani si sono trasformati in piazzaioli e panettieri! Confermo il giudizio più che positivo. Ci faccio di tutto dalla pizza alle crostate, dal casatiello al tarte tatin, dalla crema pasticcera alla crema frangipane. Ve ne consiglio l'acquisto anche in questo formato da 25 chili per non restare mai senza. In merito alla durata del prodotto, considerate, ad ogni modo, che ne utilizzo kg 1.2/1.5 a settimana sia durante i mesi invernali che estivi e non ho mai avuto problemi di farfalline. Acquisto consigliato
