Does this have Duncan humbuckers and a tummy cut ? If so I have one ! The actual weight will vary depending upon temperature and humidity, mine is around 8 lbs to 8.5 ,a couple of pounds lighter than the Les Paul! Hope this helps.You can also try checking with the seller or manufacturer

Are these made in China now?

I just bought mine last year and the one I got is made in Indonesia. I’m happy with the quality for its price. I’m pretty sure these were only made in Indonesia or Korea.
