Not sure of the expiration date, but if you store it in a cool place in an airtight container, you can keep it for quite a while. I've had mine for almost 4 months and it's still good.

Telephone Brand Agar Agar Powder 25 g.x2 Pack Telephone Brand agar agar was recommended to me by a friend. I used it to make the Japanese jelly candy Kohakutou. The agar agar powder was easy to measure and it dissolved perfectly in my sugar and water mixture. I poured my liquid into a very lightly oiled gummy bear mold and refrigerated it for a few hours. It unmolded beautifully and we had a great new candy to try. I will definitely buy this again.
