This product is often overlooked, but it is an excellent, gentle laxative without the stimulant qualities of senna.

Easier than laxitives
Prefer cascara for bowel regimen. Add papaya enzyme for extra help. Cascara doesn't cause those horrible cramping you get eith laxatives.
