PopCap Greatest Hits - Bejeweled 2, Peggle, Zuma - PC/Mac

I needed a new Zuma so opted for this CD...and I had a lot of research to do because I had upgraded to Win 10 Pro. IT WORKS, IT WORKS. No worries for Win 10 users. OH some limitations. Screen size if small in Zuma is not as big as I would like...but quite usable. Now Peggle I had not played before...omg...thats my new favorite for now. It's addicting. I have played Peggle so much I haven't even opened BeJeweled. mybad.

Fun classic game.

This has three great classic games for people who like puzzle games, but it is over priced. Returned this and bought it for $3.99.

The amazon page only lists Windows XP, but in tiny print on the back of the box it says the system requirements are Windows XP/Vista/7. I have Windows 7 and all three games play perfectly. The box also says for Apple Macintosh: Mac OS X 10.4.11-10.6.x. That doesn't mean anything to this PC user, but maybe that will help the Mac folks? This boxed set is a great bargain for three classic Pop Cap games - Bejeweled 2 and the original Zuma & Peggle. My desktop came with free trials of each and after playing for just a few minutes I was hooked. All three are great 'mental breaks' when you just want to zone out for a few minutes. The Pop Cap website also has free trials of their games. All of the Bejeweled games are pretty similar, so trying one version (original, 2, 3, or twist) will give you a basic idea of how the game works. Bejeweled 2 doesn't have the bombs found in later versions, but it's still a colorful match-3 game that is relaxing and fun. The Zuma and Peggle games are both the original versions. Last time I checked Pop Cap still had trials of the original versions, but if all they have are the later versions (Zuma's Revenge, Peggle 2, Peggle Nights) you can still get a good idea of what Zuma and Peggle are all about. The later versions are a little more challenging, but otherwise are basically copies of the originals. All in all, three fun games that are quick to pull up on your computer, easy to play, relaxing, and don't require a huge investment of time. Highly recommend!

Zuma Deluxe will not work with the latest MAC OS.

This game has been a lifesaver. I have actually purchased several Zuma computer games for my husbands grandmother. She tends to beat the game and want new discs. So this disc actually has her occupied for a while since there are 3 different games. Im totally loving my piece of mind right about now.

Something in it is incompatible with my PC, which uses Vista. Probably Vista's fault, but had there been warning of the problem I would not have bought the games. When I try to play, periodically the screen goes blank while Zuma or whatever goes merrily on. Not the kind of mindless, non-frustrating experience I was buying.

I bought this for Grandma, who uses her computer daily. It took a little while to figure out how the arcade games worked and what the objective was. But, after that 10 minutes of coached play, Grandma took off on her own, This is wonderful for eye-hand coordination, with sounds and bright colors that excited her to play more. She also likes arcade games like Bubbles and solitaire, each of which have rich colors and audio feedback. This isn't just for fun, it's a brain exercise that works. Three games all work with ease that any 5 year old would quickly master.
