Received the headlight housing broken. Just great, and after installing I had about a inch - inch and a half of space between headlights and the grille of my 05 suburban. Update*** Although disappointing customer service was excellent and they reached out and offered a partial refund!

It’s hard to find a decent set of aftermarket headlights for these early 2000s Chevys and these ones fit amazing! They fit tight and aligned perfectly and look great. For the price you can’t beat em!

Once installed, they look great. One of the low beams wouldn't seat a brand new bulb. I think the twist-lock seat was too tight and the chrome paint adds a layer that decreased the tolerance. It needed extra force. I may have snapped the tiniest piece of plastic forcing the bulb to lock in place. Best to remove the grill ('02 Tahoe) because the housing is slightly longer than stock, there's a clip that may scratch the grill, the adjustment frame is different than stock, and I needed to file/trim the mounting pins and clip that clicks into place on my lower lights to fit into the mounting positions on the headlight frame. The adjustment frame isn't as flimsy as I expected based on some reviews but I did need to flex the lights a little to get the L-shaped mounting pins to slide and lock in place.

They made a huge difference in my visibility insulation was a breeze, definitely would recommend.

Look, first off.. I'm a professional working on my own junk at home. I thought I'd save some serious money.. but unfortunately Chinese quality control strikes again!! 2001 Chevy suburban Z-71 The lower set fits fine(DRL-directional lamps).. the upper set does not fit correctly, I had to loosen the chrome facia in order to get the composite lamps into position. I had to fight with the 2 retaining pins in order to get them lined up on BOTH sides. Then I waited until dark and attempted to adjust the lights.. they didn't move. The adjustment fasteners just spin in place, stripped out from the factory. I went for a test drive.. I live in the country, lights were pointed at the ground. Day 2, removed the assemblies and attempted to swap the OEM composite lamps mounting hardware. Unfortunately they are designed slightly different. I found that these mounting and adjustment molded plastic and fasteners are incredibly inferior to the OEM setup.. I understand that they're also $410 less expensive for the upper set alone... But c'mon man.. Unfortunately I was unable to swap the mounts. Waited until nightfall, attempted to loosen the 2 security fasteners to allow for more adjustments... Unfortunately I was unable to correct the direction of the beam and secure the lamps at the same time. Tomorrow morning I will either buff and recoat the oem lenses (which lasts maybe 6 months), or disassemble both sets and swap the lens covers using my oven. Needless to say I am extremely unimpressed after reading so many positive reviews here. I highly discourage anyone attracted by the price. 5 stars for brightness because they are infact clear, but I can't give 0 stars for the rest. AA engineering, certificate diesel/heavy equipment and alternative fuels maintenance and repair.

These fit and look so much better after the 20 year old original that where clouded and full of water/ They installed easily and the night driving is so much better. and so much cheaper in cost as others. I am satisfied with these.

So I read all of the other reviews before purchasing these headlight housings knowing full whell what i was getting myself into. That being said here is what I think: they are cheap and they are fragile. So take caution when installing them. they will need to be pre adjusted to get the mounts for the headlights close enough otherwise you will have to force them in in which case I'm 100% confident that something will break and the cheap adjusters will bind up and the cheesy plastic gears inside will break off. The drivers side low beam socket ring had to be removed to allow me to clock the lamp in the housing properly to allow the wiring to be connected to the back of the lamp. It was not a straightforward installation like an OEM light housings obviously. you will get what you pay for as we all know and so long as you don't gorilla fist the hell out of it it will install and adjust properly. I'm confident that if I did not re-seal the light housings before installation that they would fill with water. the advertised one way moisture vent/drain is at the top of the light and simply a screen which seems like a bad idea so I've sealed those off as well for now I will keep an eye on it and possibly rework a solution at a later date. So all in all not bad for the price but don't expect a 15 minute install and don't expect long term quality from cheap Chinese automotive parts on amazon.

Fitment was great any headlight gap was easily adjusted. I am very pleased with the look and fitment of these lights.
