It is sturdy enough that even if the little kids decide to climb on it, it stays up and doesn't wobble or tip. Assembly was just as the other reviews said: there are no drilled holes for the screws. But that wasn't a problem. I was able to use a regular screw driver with no drill, and I am not very strong at all. It makes it easier to screw in the screws if you get them started in the pieces while they are on the ground before you put them where they go, that way you don't have to fight gravity :) This table provides hours of fun for the little ones. I would buy again in a heartbeat.
