Great pots!
I got these to use for my aeroponic setup. I havenโt used them for that yet but I did put some lotus seedlings in them and that is working very well. The seedlings have grown great since putting them in these pots while waiting to be planted.

Good quality at a decent price.
I have thirty six of them in use in a float bed right now growing butterhead lettuce, cabbage and other veggies and there working out great, plenty of room for the roots to go through, but still stable. I like this design over the ones with just the round holes.

Perfect fit.
They fit perfect with the 2" hooked I drilled in my DIY cloner I made I was worried because some said they fall thru. Well I can tell you there's no way they will. At least not the ones I got. Maybe they are using bad hole saws. These have a tiny rib below the lip that you can use to sit the cups up higher, or firmly push them into the hole and they actually LOCKED in. Rather than just sit there, I liked that. I cut the bottoms off cause I plan to replant them later in a DWC system I made. They are very thin and flexible. The neoprene collars in the photos I got here in amazon and fit snug and do not fall thru even tho I cut the bottom off the net pots.

perfect fit
After reading the reviews I was a bit hesitant to order these cups because of the small lip and falling through. However, the cups fit perfectly in a 2" hole. I think the problem lies with the person drilling the hole. If you know how to use a hole saw then these cups will fit perfectly. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because of the packaging for shipping. A 100 cups wrapped in green plastic and tape.

Great for homebrew hydroponics
Used these net pots for greens, strawberries and cherry tomatoes. So far they work great. You can also cut slits in the pots if they are too big and bend them into themselves. Glad I bought a big bag I'll be set for years!

Big Money Saver
This "bulk buy" will save you money Pretty much any town sells these as a single purchase, but once you know you're going to be needing them for your aquaponics or plants in general, do yourself a favor and get a whole pack, it will save you a lot of money. The plastic is flexible and durable. Will definitely reorder.

Decent for the price. I don't like the extra lip below the collar.
These are a decent product. The plastic is not that thick, but does not break easily (it's flexible). I don't like the little extra lip that is added at the top just below the collar (minus one star). This makes them not seat all the way in a 2 inch hole. If you go 2 and 1/8 inch, they are too small. The extra lip can be an advantage if you don't want them to sit so deep, and there is no leakage from them, but I've found that they are less stable when the plants get larger than the other type, which is a smooth, continuous surface all the way to the collar at the top. Not a deal breaker, but I'm also not in love with them.

These things are great! I love the little rim on them the most! ALSO you can cut the bottom off and it will still hold its shape! Great if you were looking to transplant something and didnt want to disturb the roots.
