Works well once synced to box and tv
Almost returned item as volume buttons didn’t work, however ‘googled’ it and managed to reset and sync remote to sky box. Nice item, like new.

So easy to set up
After another episode of Dog V Tele Remote, dog won, I had Sky Q working but not the tele part of Controller. I tried downloading a remote for my phone, so complicated and none were free so I came on here. After reading a few reviews about Volume not working I was unsure but as my tele was stuck on quite loud I took the risk. Now setting up could not of been easier, with your old remote you press 7 and 9 together, I was unsure if this would work but it did flash a red light so was unpaired. Took the new controller and you press 1 and 3 and in seconds it was paired. You then follow instructions on the Tele, which just include find your TV make, if you want to use buttons or voice control. All was set up in around 1 min, so easy, you literally can't go wrong as the instructions are clear on back of the box the controls come in.

This item was in good condition but the volume does not work but other than that happy with the product.

SKY Q VOICE CONTROL REMOTE
Very pleased with this remote. Very easy to set up and back in use very quickly. Literally like for like. Doesn't come with batteries so you'll need to purchase 2 x AAA if you don't have any.

Proper replacement for the original. Easy and quick to set up - just follow the on screen instructions

Genuine remote with batteries
Genuine Sky remote with branded box. Has a matte back which improves the design considerably since the old one we had, much more comfortable to hold. Buttons are easy to use. Also came with batteries which was great. Easy to pair to Sky box. Worth the extra for a genuine remote.
