Deluxe Pro Whelping Kit 8 for Dogs Puppies

I am a first time breeder, who found out my dog was having a larger than normal litter and she was going to deliver early. I contacted the company through Amazon and the customer service representative personally mailed my kit and I received it just in time. The kit had everything we needed, even emergency supplies which turned out to be extremely useful. Additionally, it contained helpful suggestions to keep my dog healthy during and after delivery. I would recommend this kit and company to anyone.

I have a miniture long haired dachshund that gave birth 07-22-20. It was her first litter, so I wasn't sure what size whelping kit to buy. I am glad I purchased the one for 8 because she gave birth to 5 puppies. I was able to have plenty of supplies needed for her delivery and this kit just made the process run smoothly with everything on hand. I would definitely recommend this kit and will refill for future deliveries. Helpful Tip ***Go through the kit when you first get it and make it organized for you, so your ready for the big day.***

This was one of the best things I’ve ever ordered. I never bred a dog before and I allowed my two German shepherds to mate so I knew I’d need help. This box was amazing, the stethoscope was the only thing I’d say needed better quality. But I used the suctions, pads, gloves, light, iodine whips, thermometer, lube, clamps, scissors etc... that light helped me when I noticed a problem with one of the pups when my female could’ve possibly hurt it, I’m so grateful for that. A very intense experience but I couldn’t have imagined it with out the box

Both did not work. The thermometer nearly gave me a heart attack when I took my dam's temp at 52 days! It read off 99.4F. I quickly turned to my other thermometer that gave me a proper reading of 100.2F every time. I almost took her to the emergency veterinary hospital, assuming my dam was whelping WAY TOO EARLY! Do NOT rely on this thermometer.

Everything was great. Only thing is the thermometer worked like once and then shut off. Everything else was Very Useful. We got 5 healthy pups :)

The whelping kit was pretty complete. Some items are quite small (pee pads) but it is packed with essentials YOU MAY NEED. Everyone said "the mom will do everything, don't worry" -- well, not always true and NOT TRUE in our situation. The mom really did not know what these critters were that caused her pain and wanted none of it the first 24 hours. We used almost everything in the box and were so grateful we had it -- and knew what to do. I recommend!!!
