Gorgeous book all about Hummus - with recipes and stories from different regions all over the Middle East.  Beautiful pictures, very interesting and sometimes moving stories - and quite a bit of background information on the history of chick peas, hummus, falafel and related dishes.  I am looking forward to trying some of the recipes.  Wonderful gift, coffee table book - or addition to a book collection.
