I like to have warm water throughout the day without having to recoil, so this is perfect option since no energy waste and is portable. It keeps water hot enough for tea when the pot is full. The water cools to lukewarm over time as the water level comes down, but this is fine since I just enjoy the warm water as I don’t drink tea all the time. I can use it at party gatherings indoor or outdoors. But if you are looking to have continuously hot water for tea or coffee, then you’re better off buying the electric airport.

Got for a Halloween party to hold the hot coco. It was perfect. It was also super hot even the next morning.

Our first one worked well until a small part of the pump broke after nearly 3 years of daily use. The second one seems to not retain heat at all.

Really nice air pot for coffee. I like the fact that is is more squat than my previous one, and easily fits under kitchen cabinets. 2.2 Liter is large enough for a 14-cup coffee maker, so no need to go larger unless you need that capacity. Drip tray is integrated into the design - functional and looks good. Materials seem good, we'll see how long it lasts. Pump action is short and robust. My 10 year old thermal pot was needing 10 to 15 pumps, but that was after 10 years. The inside is stainless, not glass lined. Realistically, it keeps beverages hot for a little more than 4-6 hours (with preheat). Maybe the manufacturer boils water in a kettle for a preheat? I used hot tap water. 12 hours is smoking hopium. Overall i like the shorter size, perfect capacity (for me), look and included drip tray (no more paper towels). UPDATE: I am lowering this air pot to 1 star. It fails to do the one thing you buy it for - keeping beverages hot (not using for cold, so no experience). Even with preheating you might get two hours. The outside gets hot after filling, which means thermal transfer and no insulating. I tried to return, but if you use carafe they only offer partial refunds (and no idea how much that is). How would I know it fails so miserably without trying it? Maybe useful for a commercial setting where it will be refilled every half hour or so. But, if you want to make coffee in the morning and enjoy a hot cup in the afternoon forget it. It will be ice cold. Nice looking but USELESS product. SKIP IT. Look elsewhere.

It keeps coffee hot and the pump dispenser is so much better than pouring, convenient.

This Airpot Dispenser was very convenient to use. It kept liquid warm for a long time. I don't know about the time for cold liquid because I only used it to store hot water. It was so nice to have warm liquid ready after getting up every day. However it did not take long for the first one to stop working. About 2 years old then. Then I contacted the customer service and got a replacement. And the replacement stopped working in one year. I still don't know what the problem was. I guess there are leaks inside somewhere because the metal shell got very hot when filled with hot liquid. Anyway they did not keep liquid warm any more. Three star for the customer service. They are super nice to talk to. But the products are not recommended.

Use it to store hot water for tea ....design is very good

I always fill my kettle up even when only 2 of us and find it a difficult habit to break. Purchased this with the intention of filling up in a morning with boiling water instead of constantly boiling water in my kettle. Do use for tea or coffee just water ready to make hot drinks, and when you wait for a kettle to boil seems to take for ever. Useful for power cuts. And definitely should save on electricity. It states 12 hours stays boiling. After using it found stays boiling for 6 hours. It takes nearly 2 full kettles full of water for the size I bought 2.2 size. It is October and I would say it would probably stay hotter for longer in the warmer months. This made me think how could I prolong the temperature longer than 6hrs. So I am looking for a type pot type of cosy that will fit this. There are one coffee pot thermal covers for cafetieres and some that are knitted type. It looks good in the kitchen just like a coffee machine really. Easy to use and much better than the pump action type. So worth buying I would say. Great not standing around for the kettle to boil.
