Great size that fits entirely over my shoulder. No need to move a smaller ice pack from place to place. It is partially compartmented which allows for the gel to be moved around, if needed, but still keeps the gel evenly distributed. This gel pack really holds onto the cold longer than others I've used. The compartment separation also allows it to fold easily over my shoulder. Worth the money.

This gel pack I highly recommend it works great for my back and it is large and I can keep it in place and it really stays cold for a very long time. It easy stays in place and it does not sweat. Very easy to use and freezes quickly. I love it I also purchased one for my son also and he was very pleased with it also.

These are the absolute best ice packs I've ever used. I have an 11 year old back injury and use ice daily. They are huge and cover almost my entire back. They are comfortable due to the material which still offers bend and conforms to whatever you put them on. They are well made and incredibly durable. They do not hold in weird food smells from the freezer, either. They retain their temp well and I like that i can flip it to the otherside and still get more life out of the pack before refreezing.

Ordered these a 2nd time...have CRPS bilateral knees and pain meds not working anymore. Can't get new script/insurance won't pay since I just reordered the old scripts so have to wait 30 days to order new scripts. Burning pain gets unbearable, especially during the night. These gel pads have been my lifesaver! Takes about 3-4 hours to get cold in the freezer, and stay cold on my knees for a good hour and really helps the burning pain. With 4 pads I can interchange them...2 on my knees, 2 in the freezer. They're pretty thick, VERY pliable even when frozen. Well made, large enough to go around the top/sides of my knees. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE!

After getting a full knee replacement, we needed an ice pack for my wife’s knee. This pack is great. It is flexible after freezing and is divided in thirds. It lays perfectly on a knee and gets both sides because of the divides.

These ice packs are larger than expected and are made very well. They fold in half to be placed in the freezer, saving space for other food items. Because of their size, they are a bit heavier than a normal ice pack. They remain flexible even though they are very cold. Big plus! I used these post surgery and found them to be extremely cold, and held a good cold temperature for well over an hour or two. I would highly recommend these ice packs!

Size is perfect for the purpose it was purchased. Serves the purpose and works as expected. One observation is that the the pad is partitioned in to three segments. But it’s not a firm partition. The gel does not seem to get equally spread.

good size, covers my entire back or chest whatever i need. Stays cold for majority of the night. only thing, wish it came with a thin fabric cover that can be removable.

I ordered these ice/heat pads in preparation for an upcoming hip surgery. Although I have not used them yet for this particular reason, I have tried them out to relieve the discomfort I have now. These are really nice to use. They stay in place and cover a large area. This is important for me post-op. They remained cold for quite some time, however, I did not keep track of the actual time. They lie flat on a freezer shelf making it easy to use. They can be stacked in the freezer one on top of the other. I purchased one, then liked it so much, I ordered a second one. The fabric is very sturdy so I am anticipating good, long time use of them. I hope this is useful for you.
