It's nice not having to refill a small reservoir every month where half the time I overfilled. Now we buy the extra large container of dish soap from Costco and it lasts almost a year before replacing. I purchased this item 3 1/2 years ago and the nickel finish on the pump still looks great. The black stopper doesn't fit well on the Costco Palmolive bottles and keeps popping off but this doesn't effect performance. Unfortunately after 3 1/2 tears of use it will not pump soap up anymore and I have to replace.

Great product. Our soap dispenser that came with our faucet broke, so I bought this one as a replacement. It matches our faucet perfectly, and I’m so happy to have it go straight to the bottle of dish soap. Having to change the container for the dish soap constantly was what broke the original one that came with the faucet. This one should last a long time.

So far, so good! It was installed in just a few minutes with no tools required. Two people would make the job easier but my GF was at work and I have long arms, so a solo install was the ruling on the field. The bottle of our old dispenser had collapsed in on itself, split on the sides, and spilled out making a huge mess that went unnoticed for some time. The operation of this unit was well thought out with the check valve preventing the soap from flowing back into the jug. In theory, this should keep the pump primed and soap should flow with every press. This is day one, so time will tell. I'll update if it fails prematurely. The old one came with the faucet and we've had it for close to a decade. The bar has been set.

I bought this soap dispenser back in November (it’s now April). I waited to review it so I could be as accurate and informative as I could. I have replaced my kitchen soap dispenser a couple of times over the years and none of them have worked all that well. They would clog, be a pain to refill, etc. After reading the reviews for this model (and being happy with the look of it), I placed my order. It was very easy to install and I was able to tighten it without much effort (my old one would never completely tighten so would swivel). I filled the soap container before installing it under the sink but every refill has been through the top and has worked out great (we use the giant Softsoap containers from Costco...very easy to refill). One of the reasons I waited to review was, due to Covid, I knew this would get an above average workout with the big increase in hand washing. Well, it is still working like a champ!!! No clogging, the spring still springs with no feeling of lag. It is working as smoothly as the day I installed it. I ighly recommend if you are looking for a replacement soap dispenser.
