Is Not Gaffers Tape; Does Not Stay Down on Carpet
This tape is useless, because it does not stick to carpet. Sticking to carpet is the most important thing gaffers tape is supposed to do. This stuff lists off within 2 to 24 hours, depending on the carpet. I have used this multiple times, and it is not a fluke. The stuff does not work. The positive reviews here are good candidates for training an AI to spot creative storytelling as opposed to actual customer experiences.

Great for cable security
Holds down the extension cords in a high traffic area in an auto shop. It works great, tears off perfectly and it's easy to use. The blue color matches painters tape exactly, which isn't a problem but it should be known.

The adhesive is not rubber adhesive and the material felt plasticky not cottony.
Not happy with the quality of this gaffers tape. Doesn't feel like gaffers tape at all. The adhesive is not rubber and the material is more of a plasticky material instead of the cottony material that most gaffers tape have.

Not good on vinyl
I bought this to use as a temporary fix for a ripped mat. The tape did not stick to the vinyl at all. I am sure this would be great for a use that you want it to come off easily. But, as a tape, it isn't very good. I will have to order a $200 replacement cover for my mat instead.

Left a residue.
I use gaff tape on this surface regularly and no other gaff tape has had this issue. I choose gaffers to NOT have a residue. Dissapointed.
