It still feels pretty nice. The package came with alot of instructions and how to troubleshoot the soap dispenser in case the soap gets hard and stuck in the nozzle, etc. I really appreciated that because alot of times products which I need to install don't come with instructions on Amazon. Supposed to look like wood but it literally looks like laughable plastic. It’s so ugly. And when you put your hand under it it takes a while for it to sense that your hand is there and then you have to keep putting your hand back-and-forth at least three times in order to get enough soap to come out.
