At first I was not happy with the pillow. The pillow case is small creating a tight/compressed pillow when the case is on it. It was not soft or comfortable to me. I took off the pillow case they provided and put it in a regular case with a loose fit. So much better! Now that the air beads in it can move, it is now comfortable and soft enough. I still prefer the feel of a down feather pillow, however I always wake up with every nerve in my neck feeling inflamed causing a severe headache when I sleep on one. I give this pillow 5 stars because all of that has been alleviated with this pillow. Feels great to not wake up in pain.

I have a fragile neck (for a variety of reasons) and have issues with migraines, aggravated by incorrect sleeping positions. I have been having increasing problems, so I bought THREE new pillows recommended for better sleep positioning. I like this one the best as far as my comfort. I took it (at his request) to my chiropractor to check what he thought of the support it provides. He was impressed with the pillow and the choice and support it provides. He felt the thicker side provided the best support for me. I have 2 issues with this pillow. It gets hot and it’s not even summer yet. Also, the beads shift easily enough I have to readjust it to keep getting the support I need. Overall though, I am quite satisfied with it. It was also a reasonable price. I haven't washed it yet, so can't comment about how well it launders.

I didn't put the pillow case on it as another reader had suggested that this would contain the pillow so much as to make it a rock....provided you can even stuff it into this miniaturized case! Very firm, not nearly as soft and maleable as I'd hoped...despite punching and pushing the beads around. And I don't know who said it stayed cool, but that's a joke...it gets hot. I may try making an opening and letting some of the beads out (probably a third- that might do the trick, or it could just make a gigantic mess...we'll see. In the meantime I travel for work a lot and use it as my emergency pillow when hotel pillows are just terrible and leave it in my car.

This pillow replaced not-really-too-old pillow that had flattened out. I was having difficulty getting comfortable, it was hard to get to sleep, and I woke up with slight pain in my neck. Also, since they were so flat, I got dizzy as I got out of bed every morning. This new pillow have changed my life! I love it! This is very comfortable, give me support, look better on the bed, and best of all I have not been dizzy upon arising since I got the new pillow.

It’s not what I imagined at all. It’s little and it is soft but awkward. I can’t find any comfort with it while sleeping. I do use it to prop my head when I’m just watching tv

Although this pillow is soft and comfortable it doesn't provided the right amount of support at all. It is also to small for an adult in my opinion. If the pillow was larger and a bit firmer but still keep it's comfort and softness then I would buy it again.

I was very hesitant to spend so much money on a pillow and I delayed purchasing one for months. I was in so much neck pain that I could barely move my neck at all. After using this pillow for one week, my neck pain improved significantly and my range of motion increased. My physical therapist even wanted to know what pillow I was using because of the difference. I spend the majority of time in my hospital bed, so it’s important for me to have proper support. I definitely recommend this to others and will purchase again.

I was hoping this would have a little more squish to it. This is just too firm to use for long periods, but it's in the rotation for different neck support depending on what part is hurting or getting stuck.
