Does what I wanted it to do at a fair price.
This seems well made of good materials. I want it for a mobility scooter. While it would work on either arm rest, the back of the seat or the front of the yoke I want this to be on my side of the yoke. It is not so tall that it will get in the way of my legs. I plan to use it for a one inch ring binder 5.5 x 8.5 address book, a 5.5 x 8.5 planning calendar and a business card storage book. Things that I want handy. They all fit well in the back pockets with more room. And there are three front pockets. In addition there is a beverage holder on each side that has a draw string closer. A tall water bottle may not stay in those. A twelve ounce beverage can fits well. I like the open design but be aware there is nothing to contain anything in the pockets. The partitions for the middle and back pockets are open on the bottom so loose small objects are free to migrate. There are three long straps on the back with standard quick disconnect buckles. Two at the top one at the bottom. Making this very versatile for attaching to your device. My scooter has not arrived yet but it looks like it will attach easily. I plan to keep this attached to the scooter but will empty it out for storage or transporting on a trailer hitch rack. This is great for keeping things you want readily accessible close at hand. I plan to use a zipperable bag on an arm rest for more secure storage and a large zipper bag behind the seat for bulky items like a coat.

An honest review.
I thought I would give everyone an honest review of this organizer from the perspective of someone who uses it on a rolling walker, a mobility scooter, and a manual wheelchair.First, let's start with the measurements. The back of the organizer is a little more than 11 inches wide and about 9 inches high. That 18 inch wide measurement is with the bottle holders extended out from the sides. THIS is what gives people (like me) the ILLUSION that this organizer is bigger than it truly is.The pockets in this are adequate, at best. The back pocket will carry an 8 1/2 by 10 inch spiral notebook, but nothing bigger. Also, as someone else mentioned, the divider between the back pocket and the two middle pockets IS NOT sewn down at the bottom, it is open at the bottom. Just an FYI in case you wanted to put loose items in either of the middle pockets or back pocket. The middle pockets are a little more than 5 inches wide and are about the same depth, with about an inch and a half from front to back. They easily hold paperback books, small boxes of facial tissue, and other similar items. The front pockets are about 3 inches high, with the left one being about 5 inches wide and about an inch front to back. The two pockets on the right are divided nearly equal for your glasses holder, pens, and other items. The divider between the middle and front pockets IS SEWN to the bottom, so you COULD put loose items, like candies or such, in those pockets. The "bottle holders" are small, and quite frankly, are only good for those "throw away" 1/2 liter bottles. A 24 ounce vacuum bottle in one of those pockets fits, but it is quite tall above the holder top.As far as using it on different items, let me cover those items individually.Walker: Four stars. The loops for attaching to a cross bar are fine, but that bottom strap is not going to attach to anything, leaving the organizer to swing at will as you walk.Mobility scooter: Four stars also. It works great hung on an armrest, but it WILL interfere with your knees when mounted on the column. I did try to use it mounted in front of the column, and gave up on that as the pockets were somewhat out of reach.Manual wheelchair: Three stars. The ONLY way to make it work is to extend the upper mounting loops fully, and to place them over each back handhold for pushing, letting the bag hang down plus making removal and installation easier. Trying to use it when tightly against the back of the wheelchair is difficult, at best when one is sitting in it.I hope High Road is seeing this, and comes out with an "improved version" of this organizer soon. HOPEFULLY, it would include the following:- A back pocket that could hold a small laptop with ease- Taller and bigger bottle holders to hold 24 ounce and possibly bigger vacuum bottles.- ALL dividers sewn down to the bottom to keep loose items from going everywhere within the bag.Overall, it is a good bag for a mobility scooter, and just average for walkers and wheelchairs. With improvement, it could be much better.

2 Thumbs Up!!
Exactly as advertised. It keeps my water bottle, cell phone, wallet, planner, pen, tissues, diabetic supplies, etc., closer to me than when they were in my front basket. Now there's room in my front basket for my purse, which if somebody snatches that, they'll end up with a whole lot of nothing, lol. This bag installs easily and my Go Go Ultra scooter maneuvers just fine. I think this would work fine on a walker too. Go for it!!!

It is exactly what I needed.

Didn't work for me
I don't love this. I think I should've gotten a basket instead. The drink holder sections on the side are small. And it has no zipper compartment to keep anything securely in the bag. If it is not weighted properly with your belongings, some will fall out. it looks good and Has a lot of pockets, but didn't work for me.
