Very nice unit. My box had a lot of shipping damage. But luckily, everything inside was fine. I put it together easily by myself. It was a lot of screws. But that’s why it is such a solid unit when fully built. The metal frame was high quality. All the wood fit perfectly and assembly was easy. I only made one mistake. They included a small screwdriver with the parts. I, being the a typical guy, decided my screwdrivers must be better and started using one of my own. DON’T! The screw driver they included had a head that was designed specifically to fit ALL the screw heads in the entire kit. Use it! I was really impressed by that level of attention to detail. I’ve built a lot of these type of units and the fit for everything in this unit was exceptional. My wife was asking me why no cursing through the entire build. It was a pleasure to build something where there is no “wrong” way and every hole lined up perfectly with the screw you are trying to input into. The end result was a super solid, nice looking bookshelf, perfect for the space I needed it in.

After reading all the reviews I was slightly worried about tolerances of milling and the metalwork. Yes the instructions aren’t Ikea level but all the parts are numbered and all screws are labeled. They even give you an extra screw of every kind. As long as you look at the next image and see where the boards are going it will make sense. If you expect to just go step by step some of the boards will get reversed. Just like life look ahead before you do. Otherwise tolerances are actually all really good considering price. No issues with any of the screws. Definitely use a power drill. A screwdriver would be painful to use. Took about an hour. The screws like all these budget mass produced overseas furniture strip easy so be careful. It’s sturdy, about 70lbs I would feel fine loading it up with books and such. Looks good. Laminate overall in decent condition. Some boards have some peeling with rough cuts. Pretty solid for the price overall. Visually pleasing.

This is the second piece of Tribesigns furniture that I have bought. Both pieces are sturdy and very nice. The ONLY reason that I gave it 4 stars is that one back corner of one of the drawer sides was damaged. It's in the back and cannot be seen so I didn't ask for a replacement. Assembled myself in about an hour. Will purchase this brand again!!

This was easy to put together, though I made a couple of mistakes and had to disassemble what I'd done and start over. The styrofoam packing breaks apart easily, so be prepared for little pieces of foam everywhere. Love the metal stand so I can use magnets. Did have some trouble getting the drawers aligned so they would slide in. This is a sturdy bookcase, yet light enough to move. The 'feet' are made so that you can easily slide the furniture on carpeting. This was a great addition to my home office. It is a good looking piece of furniture.

I was quite concerned when I saw the shape of the box... I'm happy to report that all parts were protected by styrofoam... All parts were present & I LOVE the look of TribeSigns furniture, this is my 2nd piece I bought. I have a customer suggestion, PLEASE consider creating BETTER easier to understand instructions... It's together now, & I'd point out this is about the 50th thing I've built in my life, so I usually get it, but the diagrams are very confusing, & did not seem to fit & it ended up being a put it together n take it apart twice because these diagrams were not CLEAR on how pieces go together. As I said, I'm very happy with the furniture itself...

Great shelving. One of the drawer rails was installed on the wrong edge, but it was easy enough to relocate and install correctly. Measurements shown in pictures is incorrect/misleading. Spacing beloeen shelves is actually 1/2 inch less. The spacing shown includes the shelf thickness. This can make a big difference, depending if you are planning to store books that that will utilize that extra 1/2 inch height.

Overall I’m happy with the shelf. It fits everything I needed it to. When it got shipped to me the box was in bad condition however all the parts were still there and there was minimal damage To the contents. The parts damaged weren’t noticeable enough to make the shelf look bad. The instructions are just pictures with letters and numbers referring to each part which I thought was pretty easy to follow but might be difficult for those that prefer written instructions. the shelf is Very sturdy despite the metal being rather lightweight. I’d say the quality is a little better than something I could get at ikea just because of how sturdy I the shelf is.

I installed this item all by myself. Took me 2 hrs to finish because I’m resting in between. It is very easy to install if you will follow thoroughly the installation guide. All materials and tools needed are included in the package. The item is sturdy. The wood is heavy. It looks so nice too.. Came across to this item because I’ve been long for a shelf where I can put my xbox, turntable, laptop, switch and speakers all at once, and ofcourse my main concern is a shelf that would perfectly fit for my turntable.. and so far this is the only shelf that fit my preference. I love this product. And thanks to the seller. The only I don’t like is the courier fedex who delivered this item far away from the front door. The package is very heavy and I am alone and I weigh only 98lbs. How about that? I had a hard time just because this courier is stupid.
