hello I place an order for a smart phone under water DOME SYSTEM its a case that need to protect the phone under water so you can take photos or videos under water and that you phone will stay dray when you take the photo or video the product that I receive is defective from the first time I try to use it water coming in and I can't used the product try to do truble shooting with no luck after 2-3 try that the product did not preform as the website discaribe I contact the company. the company keep make my life hard and I did all they ask I sent them photos of the item that show its difective and they keep ignoring me I ask for a return label since this website is in SOUTH AFRICA and I am not the one that need to pay for shipping since the product I receive Is not as describe I do not want this device !! it is impossible to use it for 2 resone 1. water coming in 2. when the device is under water the phone keep change screen and make it impossible to use it since I don't have option to use the camera if it keep change screen !!!!!!!!!
