Tasty, kneading is okay but little difficult to roll it out
It's really good healthy option, it provides good protein source. Only using this the kneading process is okay but rolling it out was bit difficult. Overall good option

Disappointing taste
Disappointing taste. The small tester packet that I got earlier wqs way too good. But the latge packing atta taste is jot same at the small tester. Its feels to synthetic and does not taste good. I just made it once and now its sitting in kitchen cupboard.

Taste is great. Texture perfect. Wholesome nutrition if u are looking for low carbs one. Rotis, paratha, poori comes out lovely. Taste of aata itself is soo good. A perfect atta mix with low carbs n full nutrition . A must buy for people looking for healthy options.

Excellent For Bread and Rotis.
Recently I purchased this product, as I am on Keto diet. I tried making bread, it came out fine, except for the effect of the physillum which gives a lot of mass to the bread rather than allowing it to be soft and light. I also tried making roti, it came out fine. I am sure it will be perfect flour for stuffed rotis etc. I also tried making dosage or pancake, but that was an absolute failure. I had the right consistency, tried on a regular pan, then again on nonstick, both were failures. Tastes fine. Smells good.

Title: Best keto companion!! I have been using this atta regularly for the last couple of months now and it works like magic on the total weight loss process. It has a lot of fibre and low in carbs which keeps the body full. One roti of this atta is more than enough for me as compared to the earlier scenario where 3-4 rotis would also not be enough for me. One can consistently see the difference on the weighing scale on a daily basis. Moreover it improves the digestive system to a great extent. A must buy for anyone who is on keto diet!!
