Basic but decent
For the price, I'm happy with the quality. Easy to assemble and take apart for storage. Easy to clean. Definitely don't let these soak in water though.

Works great! Crepes coming out so much better now that I have these.

Spatula edge beveled edge angle % too high.
Spatula Beveled angle too high. This degree angle approximately 30% is too high, making it challenging to lift the crepe from the billing/ crepe maker surface. So I sanded the angle down to approximately 10 to 15% making to easier to slide under the crepe to turn it over. Else well made, good wood.

This work nicely
I am not a pro at the crepe making business but these little spreaders work great even if you are a beginner. Easy to assemble, easy to use they spread the crepes nicely, easy to clean and the price was great.

You have to assemble the mixture spreader. I use them a few times before replacing them. Will probably buy a sturdier one
