Any Micro USB cable will work. The U stands for Universal.

What is the bass sound like on this radio?

Hi Dominic The radio's speaker is not big enough to produce a decent bass response. However, if you plug in headphones the quality of the bass reflects the quality of the headphones. Interestingly, when I plug in my 'phones the radio speaker is not inhibited, which would constitute a drain on the battery. I would not recommend this radio for quality music. Please see my 3-star rating and write up before you purchase this radio. I wish I hadn't bought it because it's too fiddly. Stuart Crick
