I was honestly a bit hesitant about buying a renewed phone, but this turned out to be such a great decision! The phone arrived in really good condition, just a few tiny marks that you wouldn’t even notice unless you’re looking closely. It works perfectly, super smooth performance, and the screen is still bright and beautiful. The battery life has been solid for me throughout the day, which I was worried about at first since it’s renewed, but it holds up well (definitely above expectations). This is my second on I bought from this vendor in a month. I dropped my otherone in theocean :( ... very slippery phone...Get a case! Still..both phones work great. Nice to have an S pen on it as well. If I need another phone I'd get this again, great as a backup phone. $15 a month with Mint Mobile...can't beat it ! :)

The phone came perfectly fine, unlocked and everything. The body looked really good and well put together, screen was flawless! Everything seems to be in order, but i do only have one issue... The battery is definitely a problem, i noted upon starting it that the battery drained FAST. It woud actually skip in telling me as it drops some numbers on charge, like 25 % then it suddenly goes to 10% Had to let it charge with the phone screen off too just to get the percent up and keep it from dropping slowly. Deffo get a battery extending app. That was the ONLY problem. I could see the battery being a huge issue if you use your phone a lot while you're out and about. But, if you're using it on a strong fast charger it shouldn't be draining too bad. That things an energy spender. A little smaller than my moto g stylus. But, pretty phone. I bought this phone because of its waterproof capabilities since I do a lot of filming underwater. I have 2 of these exact phones and use them underwater consistently with no issues. I bought a third one here that I could dedicate to my work and had TONS of videos that I put together. I was getting ready to film my last video, which was an underwater one. I put the top part of the phone into water to film some fish, I didn't even submerge more than a quarter of the phone for about 15 seconds and the phone completely malfunctioned. I lost MONTHS of content in that moment. This is a massive setback for me, costing me incredible time and money for videos I can never get back. I'm devastated and furious that this refurbished version wasn't the same quality it should have been. The screen was also scratched and you can tell they did a horrible job at gluing this phone back together because it popped off.

So first off. I have seen plenty of negative reviews so I'm going to probably guess I'm one of the lucky ones. It came loose in a box with bubble wrap and a charger underneath. So packaging is absolutely terrible and I must give credit to the ups driver who was gentle with it. Now. The packaging may be horrible but the phone was in mint condition. It took my verizon sim with no issues and has worked perfectly. No dents or scratches in sight. It turned right on and was at 54 percent battery. Charged quickly enough and had an easy set up. The stylus pen was not charged but had enough charge to test and it also worked well. Great phone. I'm not disappointed. So I guess it is ultimately buyer russian roulette. I won this round. Happy phone hunting the rest of you. May the odds ever be in your favor!

Phone is great! Works like new looks like new and have had no problems. I had purchased on prior to this one.... The exact same one and it got stuck on airplane mode and no matter what we tried couldn't get it off and Amazon sent me a replacement phone right way!!

the phone is ok but idk if its for left handed people cuz the buttons are on the left soo that's wired. but thee phone charging speed is good an veery light wight too i dk if that's good or not.

Llegó en una caja genérica, y sin el cargador original, pero es un excelente celular, funciona a la perfección, con algunos detalles en la cárcasa pero casi imperseptibles, súper satisfecho con la compra, llegó poco antes de la fecha prometida, llevo un mes usandolo y no he tenido ningún problema para trabajar con él , el lápiz si es original.

El celular tiene un buen precio, el paquete se tardo un poco pero llego a tiempo, contenia el celular la fotografia del producto no le hace justicia es morado y refleja los distintos colores con la luz, su cargador correspondiente, la llave para abrirlo, yo utilize mi mismo chip, el celular llego completamente desbloqueado, sin golpes ni ralladuras, tiene un muy enfoque y calidad de fotografia, la pila no dura mucha 6/7 hrs aprox por lo que hay que cargarlo un poco mas frecuente, el tiempo de carga es de 1 hora y media aproximadamente.

Upon receiving the phone it was in beautiful condition very clean and it came with the samsung battery and Pin for the sim. Unfortunately the phone was not turning on, nor charging and glitch hing slightly. I called the number that came with the phone and the person addressed the situation quickly and efficiently, there were no problems in communication and turn around time. The (new device) works efficiently, it turned on and is doing what it's supposed to. I bought it on behalf of my mom so I'll update with a feedback after a month.

Came in on time in the mail . Takes decent pictures, abit bigger then I expect since I have really small hands. It runs fast isn't slow at all when looking things up or on apps.the pen on it is nice when you don't want to touch your screen . The battery life is decent . The color is pretty .didn't have a hard time finding a case either tons of options for it.over all I am happy with my phone . It has no scratches or imperfections looked like new . It didn't come with the original box though but came with a charging cord and the pen.
