A: You have to sort of bite and suck to get the drink. It’s very good, no leaks and because it shrinks as the volume goes down it doesn’t slosh around!

Great for those short runs where you don't need a lot of fluids. Can taste a little weird first few times but just squeeze some lemon juice inside and add water, freeze overnight. Defrost and refill then all good.
