I can not tell you how amazing Lavender Products are!!!! First time beginner and WOW! I have a two teenage daughters who are into nails and as we all know that ends up being $200 for mom and girls to get pretty so I decided to invest in my at home products. Best idea ever!!! Ladies I can’t tell you how incredible this product is ! After two weeks of wear I have zero chipping or cracking or flaking just perfect still and I only remove and go again because i get excited for my next color ! The process is simple! I did do some You Tube searching and followed lots of great advice which I would gladly share if anyone is interested! I am also super sensitive to smells and at no time do I have any issues with the smell of product so that’s a huge win for me! I purchased a 36 color kit as well and have loved every color I purchased ! The smaller jars are the only set back and now that I know I am obsessed with this product and it’s worth every penny I will start to purchase the larger containers !!!! And let me tell you I am a stay at home mom who scrubs toilets and dishes and dogs and laundry and plays in the dirt and they hold up amazingly!!!!!

Ok, I friggin love this stuff! I was super hesitant to buy this since it was so inexpensive. I started my nail dipping journey with NailBoo, and while I do like NB, except the top coat, I LOVE Lavender Violets. I even love the top coat! I use all kinds of powders from different brands, but this is my dip liquid! It's lasting me forever...3rd week and no lifting! I put tips on too. It does smell strong, so make sure there's good ventilation, wear a mask, or if you get dip flu, maybe try another brand. I tried an odorless brand I found on Amazon. It doesn't last me as long, but I still like the brand too.

There’s a lot I want to say about this set. 1. It is a liquid that is stronger in odor than others I’ve used. I only wore a cloth mask and had the window open and am experiencing dip flu symptoms. The stench even stung my eyes when I got to close. 2. The base takes a lot longer to set, which for some maybe a positive. 3. When I set it with the activator it almost felt like it had a soft film over it (and didn’t seem to get as hard as other brands do) but did disappear after filing and buffing. 4. The top coat is great! Gives nice shine and only took a few minutes to dry, easiest I’ve worked with in a while. Overall I liked this set but I wouldn’t say it’s my all time favorite. I will continue to use it because it was a good bang for my buck.

I absolutely LOVE this dip kit. I have tried several brands (Nailboo, Red Carpet, Quick Dip etc), and this is by far the best. I wore my nails for 10 days without a snag, crack, nothing! After 10 days my nails get too long, I didn’t have any problem with a long dry time. Here are my tips for a great set of dip nails: 1) wash hands and nail beds thoroughly and dry well 2) apply base coat and then use a base dip powder if possible—brush off dust 3) use base coat and apply two coats of your color (brush dust off in between coats) 4) use activator, wait 5 minutes 5) file nails smooth and even. My best advice is to use a nail dremel to really buff and smooth down the back near the cuticle, the side and tips. This will keep it from looking bulky as it grows out. 6) wash & dry hands and apply activator once more, wait 5 minutes 7) apply top coat, wait 5 minutes to dry, then apply one more top coat. 8) swap top coat brush for the brush in the cleaner bottle. Alternate each time you do a new set of nails to keep top coat brushes soft. I will definitely order this again!

I cannot say enough about these liquids. I'm a licensed cosmetologist that has tried them all. Not only is the price incredible, but they are so easy to work with and the top coat is super shiny. I actually bought this set for a friend who is now hooked on these liquids. Don't hesitate!

This dip powder is easy to apply, however does not last as long as professionally done dip powder, it ends up peeling/chipping at the edges and getting stuck on things like your hair when you wash it and it is very bothersome. I have tried many applications and even purchased a dremmel to prepare nail surface to see if it would last longer as they do at the salon, I tried using primer and all the things I could think of. The colors are beautiful but quality not so great.

I seriously love this set! I have tried all the high end companies and have not been impressed by any of them. Gelish, OPI, Kiara Sky, and others were all major let downs. The first two steps (base coat and activator) are pretty much the same, no serious issues with any company for those except that the lids would eventually get stuck shut, but the real trouble was with the top coat. Every time I would use the top coat from any other company 1) the brush would immediately become hardened (something that I eventually figured out how to avoid, but was still somewhat a problem if not applied exactly right) and 2) I could never get a high shine on all of my nails. With Lavender Violets I have neither of these issues. The brush has never hardened so I can continue using it no matter what, and the shine is far better than any other company I’ve tried as well. I’m super picky about my nail products and I have nothing but praise for these! Highly recommend, especially for beginners, but also for everyone else.

I really wanted to like this dip powder liquid set after seeing so many positive reviews, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to the hype for me. I currently use Revel and have always had great results—my nails usually last 2–3 weeks without chipping, and the process takes me about an hour max. I tried this brand because the full set was more affordable, but my nails chipped literally the next day. At first, I thought maybe I rushed through it, so I removed everything and redid them more carefully the next day, taking even more time than usual. Sadly, I had the same result—chipping within 24 hours. I’ve never had this issue with Revel, so I’ll definitely be sticking with what I know works. The lower price just wasn’t worth it for the lack of durability. Disappointed, but glad I gave it a try to know for sure.

Loved using it

I really like this product! I’ve been doing dip powder for 2 years and have tried multiple brands, both professional “salon” quality and other and I must say this set impressed me! I only used it once so far but I found it was very easy to use (not too liquid so it did not flood the cuticles) and the top coat gives a gorgeous finish! I’m hoping they’ll last a long time as other liquid sets have lasted me 4 weeks with no lifting or chipping. So far, so good!

I was pleasantly surprise on how easy to use this was. The drying time was less than 1 minute at each step. Invest in a kabuki brush to clear out excess powder before applying the next coat or step. Recommended to those who had dipped nails at the salon as the process is the same and do it at home is next best thing during the pandemic.
