being using it since 6 months and as of now no problem......best at this price...better than plastic made water purifier... very fast delivery by Amazon...one more IMPORTANT point I must share ...don't fill the upper container upto the brim .....due to water pressure the tap might start leaking and also it puts pressure on filter cartridge (it won't filter out the water nicely)....fill the upper container 40% and then allow it to pass through the second container(bottom one)...and once the upper container water level recedes....repeat the process (40% fill in one time)....perfect

quality is good. but some corrosion seen on inner part of product. it needs to clean regularly. tata swach bulb wont stop overflowing of the bottom part if we pour more water. installtion is easy, but need to follow instruction as per booklet with product.

Such a good product of durability. Was easy to assemble if the instructions are followed properly. All the parts when assembled sits well. Very happy with what I received. (AFTER 2 MONTHS OF USE: All is fine expect for the metallic coating of on the tap wears off and flows down when take water in the mug. The brim of the bottom holder is rusting. So I guess the stainless steel is not of high quality)

The water filter was delivered with good packing , product quality is ok as the steel tubs are little fragile and very weight less. The carterage and other fittings are plastic and of good built. The cost is little high and delivary charges of 200rs is making the product costly up to 2600 and odd . it is a uf gravity filter , water quality dosent change only filtration takes place. When tested for tds and bacterial load very marginal changes found. My opinion is go for other filters which are having uv and uf functions. Candle or cartrige is also little costly. Over all steel quality is poor as if it falls with sliping from hand dent will be immediate. The body could be still hard for this price range. Capacity is ok for families with 2-3 members. So the product is too costly with minimal filtration activity. And maintanance is also little costly and life of filter is compramised.

I have been using this for 3 days. Delivery was on time. The filter I recieved was open packet & filter bulb was wet with water inside. Dont know if this is new or used filter. Water taste is with some plastic/metalic taste. Personally it’s unpleasant taste for me. Rest product Body and build quality is good.

I have already used earlier model of Tata Swach the technology of which is intended to enable a common man to drink pure water with nano technology. The improved version is good in all respects. This is a worth purchasing article. All the concerned who are responsible to deliver such an article with care are also eligible for praise and thanks.

Hi, I purchased TATA Swach stainless steel gravity based water purifier in the month of October 2020, within 2 months of the usage I started getting weird taste from water and when i opened the water storage bowl i was shocked to see RUST/STAIN inside and outside this purifier. I'm totally DISAPPOINTED AND SHOCKED to see this because i never expected such a substandard product which comes from the brand name "TATA". We have our own well and the TDS of well water is comparatively very low if you compare with bore well. Even then rust is forming. This is really bad, unfortunate and my trust of TATA product sinks here. My entire family which includes my 2 year son was drinking from this purifier thinking this is the best product for purification and it came from TATA. I am even worried about health issues now. There was already an issue before, TAP leakage, which I got replaced after more than 1.5 months of follow up. You can check my complaint raised through your helpline number. Now, this RUST issue is a shocker from your side. I don't want a replacement, I want a full refund. Replacement: I'll get the same product which I don't want. I don't trust the product anymore. So please, refund the full amount of the product and you can take the product from my home. This is nothing to do with the SELLER , because product itself have issues. There were no transportation or packing issues.

1. The water purifier best suited to my conditions. 2. If you go as per the instructions then there'll be no problem. 3. Best Part- Made of stainless steel and minimum plastic used. (Plastic degrades overtime- doesn't matter which grade it is of and is harmful for body). 3. Improvement area- The stainless steel body should be thick.
