Second time buying this - first I tried berry flavor, now lemon- both taste great and the product dissolves well in water. As a menopausal, vegetarian woman I am always looking for more protein sources and am excited to find this as I'm not always in the mood for my protein shake every day. The flavors are however a bit strong so I use half a packet daily in about 12-14 oz water and am able to add my mushroom tincture and chlorophyll drops for a supercharged "tonic". Might be psychosomatic but I do feel like after taking it for 6 weeks it's helping my muscle mass - I work out about 4-5 times a week, only light weights, pilates, and cycling.

Our family loves this product, it dissolves easily, tastes great and the plus is the kids like it. It’s a great alternative to sports drinks with the trash in them.

The taste is bad, really artificial. And the amount of amino is way too much. I have to use a quarter or less of the packet because it contains histadine in it and that trigger histamine and inflammatory responses, and causes swelling. Triggers high pulse as well and causes palpitations.

My favorite creatine and aminos! Taste great and mixes well. Lemon for the aminos and strawberry for the creatine

This is a godsend of a product. If you cannot have sugar and are on a restricted diet, these powdered, lemon flavored pre-digested amino acids are the way to go when you cannot get to food you can eat in a timely manner. Thorne used to make this product in individual foil packets which were convenient for travel. Now I just put a single scoop (included in jar) in a "snack size" ziplock bag and cut the corner off to funnel the fine powder into a bottle of water. Note: Drink immediately. The amino acids break down in 15 5o 20 min. and taste terrible at that point.

Good product and we all know BCAAs taste like … but this lemon one is particularly vile. Would buy the brand again, but not the flavour.

Very bad product. Obviously it wasn’t stored correctly and humidity got into it making the powder rock solid and unusable.
