Works for me!
This works very well for me. I used it all through 2020 and beyond, if you know what I mean. I stopped using it at some point and I began using it again last night due to bad “allergies” I have been experiencing, and I woke up improved. I’ll keep taking it and I keep multiple bottles on hand. I highly recommend this product and I am thankful for it.

Helped a lot the amount of phlegm I cough up
I have lung damage caused by a bad episode of pneumococcal pneumonia and the Amiodarone they gave me for afib. That was 7 years ago. I was told I had COPD but I refused to take steroids knowing it would just cause more problems. I have been taking several lung supplements over the years with fairly good results. I thought that changing one of them might help with the coughing up of excess phlegm so often especially after having eaten or drinking water. I have been taking 3 of these a day for about 2 weeks now and I do seem to notice some difference. Still some light coughing up of smaller amounts of phlegm but not as harsh coughing or big lumps of phlegm. Usually after about 3 days of less phlegm it shows up again but so far with this it has not.. It may simply be building up in my chest but I don't notice any heaviness or tightness in my chest. . I really do think it's helping with the coughing up phlegm. ALSO: after a month just noticed that my nails, notorious for being thin and weak all of a sudden look a lot better and feel thicker. I wonder what is in this that would help my nails?

Dr Christopher's herbs has been around a long time. Dr. Christopher was a real doc who treated his patients with herbs and other natural things. He wrote a book called cureing the incurables. I actually have a copy. I have several books and booklets that explain how to use his products. This time I had a bad cough that wouldn't go away even though I was doing everything right including using the tinctures, I needed longer acting herbs so I purchased the capsules. I was better in 24 hours, but it took several days to get rid of the drainage and cough.

Disappointing
Very disappointed. Did not see any relief. Really hoped it would help with my breathing and my lung capacity but as I said ,disappointed.
