Our margins are less and is priced at about 10-15% more than chemical counterparts. If we price more we will not be able to sell as consumers need homecare at lesser price. **Q: How can it be 100% herbal with the use of synthetic fragrance?** A: The label says 100% Herbal actives which means that all active ingredients are herbal. Fragrance is semi synthetic as we could not get the efficacy of smell with a 100% natural fragrance. Hence we used a semi synthetic fragrance. We do not say 100% Herbal anywhere on the label. **Q: Is it sulphate and phosphate free ???** A: Yes it is free from Sulphates and Phosphates **Q: Can I wash Silk blouse?** A: Yes ofcourse.
