Essentially useless.
Cannot just drop phone/accessories in center of each charging area. Spend way too much time adjusting position slightly this way or slightly that way to get iPhones to indicate charging. Seems each zone of pad has only ONE precise area to accomplish charging. Faster and easier to just use cord.

Best wireless charger, hands down!
This is the best wireless charger I've ever had - seamless charging surface (no dead areas) and charges both my airpods and iPhone super fast. 5 stars and now buying more for gifts!

Piece of junk. Don't Buy This! Stopped working and no customer support
This product never charged well. The phone had to be in a very specific spot or it wouldn't charge at all. The after 6 months it stopped working. Contacted customer support - they were supposed to send a new cable. I never got it even after multiple follow-ups.

Stopped working after a short time
I purchased 2, and one completely stopped working after a few short months. Reached out to customer service to no avail. I regret buying.

Think Twice - Double Check your electronics - Horrible (aka NO) customer service
Purchased the 2-item charger as a gift direct from their website. Item arrived in about 7 days in a small box with no padding but undamaged. Gift was well received, seemed to charge iphones but quickly determined that it did not charge apple watches. Oops, since that was the intention. Returned to website to arrange a return - clearly states that all items returned in original packaging within 30 days will receive a FULL refund, with additional time for Christmas season purchases. Item was returned and 7 days later I was sent a gift card to my email. Sent THREE emails to customer service and after 15 days of NO acknowledgement contacted by credit card, which promptly refunded my purchase. Advice: Think twice - you're paying up to $150 for a charger you already have for free, and Always use a credit card - they will not return your emails for your money.

Works great
Love my courant so much that I bought two of them- one for my bedside table and one for my desk. It does exactly what you need it to, while being sleek and elegant.

Stopped working
It worked on and off for a few months and now it doesn't charge at all no matter what position I place the phone. It's a useless piece of junk.
