Very bad brush because it's defective
I will got a defective piece and coustomer care executive says it's a non returnable product and inspite of being defect she is not replacing my product and she was saying sir it's a normal defect but how can i keep this item, i have paid full payment then why will i keep the defective product

The handle is round and difficult to roll. If it’s hexagon shape then better grip and easy to roll
