Full range dips, inverted rows etc.** A: I'm 6'2" and when I dip down so my elbows are at 90 degrees I still have a good 5 to 6 inches under my knees. It's enough to even do weighted dips as long as the plates don't hang too far below your knees. **Q: What is the diameter and circumference of the grip part of the top of the bar and then the non-padded part?** A: The tubes are 1 1/4" in diameter and the padded grip is just barely thicker than that (maybe 1/8" thick?).
