The bolts supplied were of extremely low quality and were not as pictured at all. The specifications shown on this product state you need a 10mm drill. In fact you need a 13mm drill and a 15mm one. The bolts supplied are shield anchors. Anchor number 1 broke into 5 pieces and fell out of the wall as soon as tension was put on the bolt. Anchor number two's threads stripped when tension was applied, so it would not tighten at all, and just kept turning. Anchor number 3 tightened 3/4 of the way, before it's threads also stripped and would not tighten sufficiently. Also the pictured washers were not supplied, so the bolts scratched the paint surface of the bracket. We contacted the seller to give them the opportunity to re-supply appropriate quality fixings, but were told by them to contact Amazon customer services instead, which is not very helpful, so we are returning the item as faulty.
