We've been having this for some months now and it holds pretty well for my 9 year old.

we put this trainer into our workout on day 1 and we were not disappointed. Exactly what we wanted and a great price. I hope it holds up under training

I bought this for a couple reasons. The main one being to see if it could assist me in doing ground (straight, no incline) push-ups. IT DID!! I put on both harnesses it came with to have two points of contact and looped the bungee through my ceiling hook where my aerial silks already use. I did ten push-ups easy peazy. It's affordable, comes with two harnesses (vest and waist), a storage/carry bag, a hand bar, and the bungee, as described.I highly recommend! I wish the vest harness had more ways to adjust for snugness, but I won't take any points away for that.

The quality on these is terrible! We used them once and had more than half of them break. It was dangerous, people got hurt! The time for a return had expired so now we are out the money and we don't have a usable product. I would not recommend these to anyone.

I had this for over 6 months and I'll tell you that this resistance rope is very good because of the resistance it has It's not too strong or too light but it's just right. If you want to get stronger buy this!

This harness was Easy to strap on and off for quick athlete turns. So far looks very durable hoping it last a few years. The resistance rope is more of medium grade not heavy but it does the job. Not a bad price for also getting a belt strap.

Reference: gymnastics coach.I was trying to find an email but was unable, so I’m hoping the review will get a response!!I used it with my team, and my girl who’s maybe 90lbs soaking wet snapped the buckle! :(The material is slippery & didn’t want to stay and the first time it came undone so I taped it, then the second time the buckle actually snapped (pictured).I’m debating to return instead of exchange, because I’m concerned about if that happens with the tubing!!I exchanged the belt for a harness we had already, and it worked great - the girls loved it! but I’m still concerned and would love reassurance the band is safe for high use. This is targeted for adults, who are much larger than she is, so I’d be wary if you’re post-puberty!
