Fantastic Product
I am a bit of a Headphones 'snob' really! I own a pair of Sony WH-1000XM3 headphones and have had them for a couple of years. They are a fantastic product and i use them when i fly all over Europe on business as the noise cancelling is great but so is the sound. I had an old pair of Earbuds made by ANBES that i bought from Amazon years ago that i could use when i was in the gym. They were poor to be honest, not great sounding but did the job! I have been after a pair of true wireless earbuds for a while as i wanted a lighter headphone whilst on 'Teams' calls during lockdown, throughout the summer. I was tempted by the Sony WF-1000XM3 ear buds but couldn't justify paying nearly £200 when i had a great pair of Sony's already. I did some research and the Soundcore Liberty 2 Pro sounded like a good alternative. I nearly bought dome a couple of months ago but my Kids wanted to buy me headphones for my birthday so i didn't want them spending that much money! I ended up with a pair of MPOW M30 PLUS which cost only £33. They sound pretty good and are very loud but at that price point you are not going to get the best audio quality. This week i spotted the Liberty 2 Pro's for £84 on Amazon Prime day so i bit the bullet and ordered a pair! They arrived today and i have to say i am really blown away by the sound quality. I have been listening to them side by side to my Sony's and they sound as good as the £280 Sony's. I have not played about with the equaliser yet but the pre set sound settings are ideal for me. They seem to fit in my ears too but do come with loads of different sized adapters if required. I have not tried them with any calls yet or on any Teams conference calls but will do this tomorrow. What is important to me is the sound quality and these will take some beating. I read lots about a background 'hissing noise' but i cannot hear this with my set. First impressions are that i would recommend these headphones to anybody. They sound far better than my sons Apple Airpods and were about £50 cheaper. If you are looking for quality sounding earbuds, you can't go wrong with these. Go and treat yourself today, you will not be disappointed!!

A very well-rounded product
Some months ago, I needed some wireless buds for working out/running. I had been previously using a decent pair of wired in-ears that I use for live music performance. I wasn't willing to compromise on that audio quality so after a few days of research I settled on three different sets of wireless buds to test out, that had all been independently reviewed as being excellent audio quality, good value for money and designed to be compatible with exercise. The Anker Lib Pro 2s weren't the cheapest out of the three options but I found to be the best in terms of audio quality and ability to perform during vigorous exercise. I had read a lot about a hissing/white noise audible in the background while music wasn't playing or during very quiet parts of mellow music tracks - I haven't found this to be the case in my instance. Further, I have found the sound stage to be impressive. More so than my wired in-ears that I was using with quiet a fancy Bluetooth adapter even! The array of E.Q. pre-sets and E.Q. customisation offers easy to use adjustments to tailor these buds to suit your taste and the intricacies of your hearing. The selection of bud tips and wings allowed me to easily get a good seal in my ear canal, that stays secure, even during long, intense workouts. In summary: they sound very good, they're easy to use, the fit is customisable, the sound is customisable, the battery life is long (wireless buds and case). I can't say I've used them much for voice calls but I made sure to ask the caller of the quality of the audio when I first did and they said my voice sounded "normal". The only very slight criticism I have is that they could be louder. They're loud enough 99 % of the time, sometimes too loud; but every so often, I just wanted them to go one notch louder for a particular song during a workout but I'd already maxed them out but I think that this is well outside the range of what almost all people would need. Great value, great product.

Really great product and only just misses being 5/5!!
Firstly let me start by saying I’m a big fan of Anker products and think they’re an underdog in the tech field that actually offer very good products at the price most would consider very fair. This product is no exception. The packaging is very slick and instantly gives you the sense that the contents won’t disappoint. When you’re buying something that claims to be prestigious or pro, these aspects of the product are very important to me and in my opinion are spot on here. Getting started was very simple. Once paired with your mobile device The ear buds will auto connect each time you remove them from the case, giving you an update on battery power remaining and chiming to suggest the connection is complete. By the time you’ve removed them and safely put them in, they’ll likely have paired and be ready to go anyway. Connection is strong and so far I’ve not experienced any drop outs or interruptions. I can’t comment on this white noise other users are reporting, so far I don’t hear anything like this when music is on or off. Maybe they have defective units and should return for another pair to see if the same problem happens?! Call quality seems strong and clear to the other person from what I’ve gathered. They can tell you’re using a hands free system but that’s pretty normal when you’re not using the phones main microphone. They come with various tips and wings to suit you’re ears. I think for most people what they provide is adequate to find your ideal seal but unfortunately I have larger ear canals and so couldn’t really get that with the ones they offered, mainly in my right ear. Instead I purchased a set off amazon and luckily they managed to give me a great seal In both ears. A good seal is crucial in order to truly be able to appreciate the sound quality these kick out, because it’s really really good. I wouldn’t say I’m an audiophile by any stretch but I know and understand music and it’s production and these buds do deliver a great soundstage. Trebles are nice and vibrant and the bass just sounds really natural and isn’t amped up 10x digitally. The EQ presets in the Soundcore app are all very useful and all unique/tailored to genres of music. A shame you can’t load in you’re own and save a personal bank of presets though. A bit more versatility here inside the app would be great and I hope they look to update an improve this area in time. Jaybird have a great system where users can upload their presets into an online library and it saves a lot of time if you’re not sure how to balance an EQ properly. None the less the presets they do have here on the soundcore app are decent. But a main reason I took a chance on these over Sony WX1000s or the lypertek tevi’s was the hear ID function they offer. Sounds like a gimmick but to me it’s a simpler iteration of what Nurasound offer in their headphones. No one hears the same and sound quality is subjective, so why wouldn’t you want a completely tailored EQ setting for how YOU hear sound?! Such a great feature. Takes around 5 minutes to complete and is almost a sort of basic hearing test played via each earbud independently. You simply hold a button In the app on your mobile when you can hear the frequency, and when you can’t hear it anymore, release. It does this several time’s and voila! It throws out a unique setting for your user experience, and it really does make a difference! The battery is a fidgets delight as opening and closing it is weirdly satisfying but the battery power it can offer is great and so far had no issues with the buds charging at all. Only minor complaints i have with these would be as follows: - when you take an ear buds out when using them, the sound doesn’t stop. I think the new liberty air 2s offer this so is a shame these pro’s do not. Stop start functionality based on proximity is a handy feature to have and I’d have liked to have seen that here. - I have a belkin wireless charger and for some reason the case isn’t compatible with it. Not sure if it’s an output issue or not but I did tweet anker for an answer and so far have not had a response. Would be nice if the case universally charged with any Qi pad. Weird that a main brand like belkin has compatibility problems here. - one more size in both ear tips and the wings would’ve been great to have. You get 3 total but 4 would have been ideal for me. RHA headphones come with around 10 sizes/materials and set a high standard here so would be nice for other brands to match that in their top tier products.

A solid 'what you need' in ear option...with solid SW support
Well made, good fit, amicable sound adjustability for an in ear headphone...has transformed cutting the grass and long walks to the shops forever. Maybe a little lacking in midrange bass, apart from that, they're just what you need. In any case, there are sound engineer created EQ options plus the ability to tune it to your ear or...my own personal favourite...just play with the EQ values for yourself (just wish there were a few more options to play with is all...mind you, I like to fiddle with audio anyways so, that will not likely be of concern to anyone else 😅) Good case also with excellent recharge method optionality and ample standby extension of the headphones. Headphones last about as long as is listed in the Amazon posting and appear built to last with numerous option included with the headphones to perfect their fit. No noise cancelling feature, however, after seeing how poor the option is on my mom's own Sony XM3 wireless in ear headphones, I wouldn't see the point in having it anyway. To be honest, they fit that well and are built out of that quality a material that I have not felt like I'm missing out and will always have to remove one of the headphones to hear people speaking to me in the same room even. Although the physical button presses can be customised, I have found that volume control from the earbuds themselves is a little awkward...however, as pause isn't and I don't often have the need to adjust volume once set in most cases anyways (or I can use my phone's own volume switch) it's not something I'm going to mark down. Maybe this is something that could be improved via SW updates moving forwards...while they're at it, maybe they could introduce things like 'triple clicks' or 'click and hold' options within the SW to expand the number of functions that can be assigned to the buttons moving forwards. Range of the Bluetooth is acceptable managing to just about reach my headphones through 2 x walls while out in the garden while I was charging my phone. Good for what they are, just don't expect over ear can sound quality/functionality.

Great sound, loud, clear and vibrant!
I bought the Liberty 2 Pro earbuds after my Jabra 65t buds malfunctioned. I returned the Jabras for a refund and put it towards the Libertys. I read the glowing reviews and I’m not disappointed. The box they came in is very classy and contains six additional pairs of ear tips to ensure a snug fit. The buds look a bit big, but fit well and are firmly fixed in place. The pairing to my Motorola and iPad was simple enough, you have to pair the buds whilst they’re in their charging box. The box itself has a very slick sliding action and the buds magnetically click into place. The sound is awesome! I am a 59 year old audiophile and have had problems with headphones and earphones being too quiet or not having enough top end. As you get older the treble gets a little muffled, it’s part of ageing sadly! Therefore bass is not as important to me as the higher range. The Bass is wonderful, warm and surrounds You completely. If it’s too much you can use the app to decrease the bass, which I did. The treble is superb, light and crisp and complements the bass beautifully. The mids are okay more muted but can be adjusted with the custom equaliser. There is a single button on the buds that’s easy to locate, one press pauses, two skips a song. The battery life seems okay. I am a van driver with a van that has a dodgy radio, so I used them for 6 hours straight before getting a low battery warning. I popped them back into their box for an hour and the were fully recharged. I read that there are occasional drop outs, I noticed this happened when the battery life was running low after 5 or 6 hours use, but not in a way that bothered me that much. Overall these buds are fantastic and remarkable value. I had the Jabra 65t buds before these and the Liberty 2 Pro buds are superior in sound by a good margin. The volume is very good as I like my music on the loud side, no worries here if you’re a bit mutton! Overall these buds are great value and sound like a pair of buds worth twice as much. If you’re thinking of buying them, don’t think, just get them!

Excellent sound for music but Poor Call Quality
I am really impressed with these as have excellent sound quality for music, video’s with no lag. However if you want to make phone calls you may not be able to use these as they have very poor call quality for phone calls. The caller can not hear you clearly and stated that I sounded very faint/distant with lots of interference. I made several calls with 2 different phones and same result. Anker customer support is fantastic. They sent me a replacement unit to see if that was better. However I got the same result with phone calls so I hope they release a firmware update that rectified this in the future although Anker confirmed there are no plans for an update yet. They fit really well as they have wingtips that you twist into place so don’t fall out. Although they don’t have active noise cancellation due to the snug fit they isolate noise really well so you get excellent sound. The app is good and lets you customise the the buttons and Music settings. The case has a premium feel, charges wirelessly and holds the buds in place magnetically. Overall excellent for music sound quality with great bass but not good for phone calls.

My experience with earphones has to be a stark lesson in false economy.
I knew I needed a set of earphones and I wanted to get one that had good call quality and one with a high IPX7 rating. So I saw an unknown brand from Wish that seemed to tick the boxes at about £30. It came eventually. It wouldn't stay in my left ear even during a walk. It wasn't waterproof. I tried it in the shower. No direct splash but one ear conked out. Wish gave me a refund and didn't want it back. Total loss: £0.00. The search continued on Amazon. I wanted high waterproof IPX numbers and good sound quality from 4 mics (two per earphone). I knew that CVC 8.0 Noise Cancellation was the way to go with 4 mics. I knew that I didn't want to spend loads and I found another unknown brand in Boltune at £39.99. They sounded good. But after a while, they wouldn't pair with my iPhone and I tried all the reset tricks possible. Did I mention that I'm really bad at sending things back? Total loss: -£39.99. The search continued on Amazon. I could find nothing with my exacting specs. I still wanted IPX8. I ordered another Boltune. It was good before. No. I couldn't even pair them! Total loss: -£79.98. Yes, I've missed my return window. Maybe I can do a warranty claim. But I'm really bad at sending things back. Right. Time for a known brand. So I compromised on IPX7 but kept the 4-mic CVC8.0 call quality with the Anker Soundcore Life P2 at £35.99. And this 4 mic CVC8.0 combination really does result in great call quality, even when outside the house. Sound quality's not too bad too. What's not to like? Well, if I walk briskly, the right earbud hangs on for dear life while the left earbud just falls out. I don't think I have large ears but I was on the largest of their supplied 3 eartips so there was no other adjustment that I could make. Yes, I've still got these. Total loss: -£115.97 Because there's nothing worse than earbuds falling out when walking or exercising. I decided that I needed sports earbuds, because they generally came with ear wings (or fins). I remembered an old pair of Jaybird earphones that came with fins - and they worked really well on my ears. But I wasn't prepared to sacrifice cvc8.0. I could sacrifice IPX7 or 8 - and just not use them in the rain or the shower. But Jaybirds are expensive - and don't have CVC8.0. And so the search eventually led me to the Anker Soundcore Liberty 2 Pro. I'd originally dismissed them because they were expensive. They had CVC8.0 but 'only' IPX4, so splashproof at best. I'd solve all my earbud problems if I keep them out of the rain. The Anker Soundcore Liberty 2 Pro's are amazing. Great call quality. Deep bass. Which is how I like my music. A choice of 7 tips and three wings and I found my fit - these earbuds are going nowhere, whatever I do. I don't take them out if I get caught in the rain, but I think I would if it were a downpour. I took the advice of one reviewer and I didn't do the software update on them. I'm keeping them as they are. They are configurable via an app so if you don't like deep bass... These earbuds are so good that I try to find time to take a break and listen to music. Which I never used to do with my previous earbuds - they were just functional. Earbud nirvana. And I caught them when Amazon were discounting the price. But knowing what I know now, I would have paid full price for these. I should have gotten these from the start.

Compatability issues.
There seems to be a Bluetooth connectivity issue wih some devices, e.g. Bluetooth capable MP3 players to which these will not connect. Conecting to a smartphone works as it should and the connection remains stable. However, they are obviously not compatible with a portable MP3 music player. Their app. is quite useful but setting up the "hearing test" makes no difference in the way they sound nor is it a logical process. The numerous sound signatures are good and I found the recommended one is too bass heavy which considerably reduces the mid and upper music frequencies. I prefer the bass reduced setting. This is all subjective though. Button function changeability is useful. The volume level is not very good, even at full volume the output is just about right (for me). No one wants to damage their hearing but I would prefer to choose whether to or not! The volume output is just not good enough. They fit into the ear well and remain there. Comfortable to wear as well. Personally, and after listening to "buds" less than half the price, these are far from worth the money. Anker, please spend less on the fancy packaging and put that money into your products! Edited to update - There does appear to be a Bluetooth issue with these. Connected to numerous devices, phones and MP3 players. The sound continuously breaks up even with the source device a couple of feet away! If you want any spare tips or wings, then forget it. Thy can't supply them. So how's that for product support? Sorely tempted to return them but they do have an amazing sound output in spite of the limited volume capability.

Ziemlich beeindruckend.
Out of the Box hat das Pairing mit meinem Handy (iPhone 11 Pro) tadellos funktioniert. Also den Equalizer eingestellt.

Vamos a verlas. -Graves.
