And fine Pioneer fashion at work just as they said makes nice clean sound. Bluetooth worked well came to the house pretty quick.

For the price point, this thing is great. I didn’t realize how much sound quality I was missing out on. I had an old Kenwood that was 15 years old in my jeep and finally decided to go for Bluetooth like the rest of my vehicles. It’s easy to use and go through all the options and settings and it fit right in the same spot the old radio was in, just had to wire in the new harness.

Great product works as described in ad and easy to use. Well built design and good quality and easy to install. The price was a good value and fast shipped.

I replaced a 20 yr old receiver on my Muscle car. The technology allowed me to stream blue tooth and have a hands free phone. I learned this receiver has the ability to store several settings which are NOT lost if you disconnect the cars battery. You only need to set time and radio presets.

I bought this because I like Pioneers signature sound and I liked the looks of this model, they didn't seem over the top and looked like they would fit an older car's interior well. The functionality of the unit is great, has a good amount of features for the price and sound quality is good. The bass boost feature works well and doesn't muddy up the music. The build quality of the unit is pretty poor. I know, its only $130, but it just feels cheap all around. The lack of defined buttons means you can't control the unit without looking at it. The faceplate and trim ring is a glossy color which looks cheap. The actual unit wiggles in the dash even though the cage is firmly installed. Comparing it to something like an older Pioneer, its not the same. I should have bought the Sony DSX-GS80

So far this is a great head unit for the cost. I had an older Pioneer head unit in my truck that predated bluetooth and wanted the modern convenience. The only major downside for me was the pinning of the main wiring harness has changed over the years and needed to be rewired. I did a better job than the previous install by a stereo shop though so in the end it's worth it. It took a minute to figure out how to get my phone to connect but once they're paired connecting is easy. I haven't tried the spotify controls yet but the option is there. Sound quality is definitely improved over the headphone cable I was using previously but I'd think that would be an improvement despite the brand utilized.

The Bluetooth doesn’t want to connect to my phone or any other phone. Out of the box look like this is a common issue there’s a few reviews with this same issues. Too bad I didn’t read it before. Very disappointed

Good quality headunit. App works great every time i use it. Built quality looks great and sound is also good but remember you have to play with EQ to sound it better. Don’t expect factory EQ to be great. Overall nice unit. I’m using it with my 4 channel recoip amp and a skar mono amp .
