been taking this for YEARS. sure, there are other less expensive brands of astragalus. do not be fooled. gaia's formulation is by far the highest quality you can find on amazon. a few years ago, I was living in a house with 6 roommates (college..) anyway. I started taking this during a particularly nasty season when everyone in the house developed this really nasty cough. we found the basement was filled with black mold. while we were all searching for other accommodations, all 6 of my roommates were diagnosed with pneumonia. guess what? I was the only one who didn't get pneumonia and I swear it's because I was taking these bad boys. it's a tonifying herb, it works over time, so to get the best benefit of astragalus, you want to take it through a season, not just when you feel under the weather.

Fantastic!
I bought astragalus for immunity booster, I have noticed that I have been going to the bathroom more that 3 time a day and I haven’t been constipated also I pee a lot more I believe the all the ingredients together make a wonderful job on me. LOVE IT. It is privy but worth it with the clean product that u know it works with a week of taking it. I’m very happy.
