These arrived at 6 p.m. (4 hours after ordering them), then by 8 when I’m usually very bloated, I wasn’t. At 10pm I had a sudden urge to go loo, and it was not as uncomfortable. My heartburn only woke me up once when usually it can keep me awake most of the night.I woke this morning; my head was clearer than usual. I took two with my breakfast and didn't feel ill or bloated, which was a first.I have to ask myself if this is a placebo effect or are these tablets really helping?Well, tomorrow night I plan on having a drink. Usually, I have one, and my tummy blows up like a beach ball. I wonder if these tablets will help with that.I will update you on the weekend.UPDATEI’ve been taking these now for9 days now and there are definitely vast improvements in my day to day life.For example, that foggy feeling of a morning has gone I’m able to wake up properly instead of being in a dazeI have been able to eat cheese with out feeling the need to run the loo, and without those awful fartsI feel as is I’m digesting food much betterMy tummy has STOPPED turning into a ballon if I have a drink of alcohol.I wanted to update this review quickly otherwise after a few weeks of feeling better you take it for granted.Buying these are the best purchase I’ve made this year.Oh one thing I would like to mention I am disabled and take lots of medication I have noticed that I feel aS if the medication is wearing of sooner than normal.

Love so far, it’s been a month using it in combination with my mebeverine for my IBS-D. I’ve only had one episode within the month, while before its was once/ twice a week. I’m very happy with it and I hope it will keep working 😁

This is now the start of my 3rd week, and can't notice any difference in how my gut feels or digests what i eat or drink.Just exactly the same.I'll finish the month, but doubt i'll re-purchase.No side effects to report.
