Omgosh this product is amazing! Ive suffered from IBS bouts for years. Bouts are anywhere from 3 days or 6 months. After purchasing this product, I've been taking one capsule (broken capsule mixed with a tablespoon of Activia live yogurt (to introduce to my system gently) for 10 days. Apart from one missed day early on when symptoms returned, my stomach has been very light and settled from day one!! I also feel... calmer, sleepier at bedtime. My gut is quiet and lighter - not full and bloated, achey, bubbly or tense. A calmer gut = a calmer vagus nerve = a calmer me! Obviously this product is a quality one. Highly recommend!

als je veel last heb van zuurbranden en andere darmklachten raad ik dit product echt aan. ik heb jaren omeprazol geslikt om mijn maag te beschermen maar dit middel maakte mij veel zieker zowel geestelijk als lichamelijk met zoveel bijwerkingen . nu ik dit gebruikt gaat het zoveel beter met mijn lichamelijke en geestelijke gezondheid.
