2 Pack - Gel Mask Leak Sealer, 4 Ounces Each

I was having issues with my nose pillows leaking when I rolled over or readjusted in bed, no matter how tight I had the head straps. Using the gel leak sealer, I was able to loosen my head straps to a comfortable fit and not have leakage! I use a little on the very inside edges of my nostril, a little around the outside, and also put a little on the edges the nose pillows where they meet my nose (when I say a little, I mean a tiny drop the size of a pencil eraser will cover all 3 areas and you'll have some to wipe off your finger). You can readjust for comfort for a about a minute before it seals. There's no pulling or pain when it's time to take it off and the aloe helped with the discomfort and soreness from the first few weeks of wearing the cpap. I also have really sensitive skin, prone to breakouts and this has not caused any issues. I wish I had found this sooner!!!

The contact with the silicone CPAP masks keeps from leaking and makes it comfortable. I have recommended this to many people as well as you.

It provides a skin-friendly, moisture layer that helps establish a seal. This can also prolong the life of the seal, as the #1 reason for swapping for a new one is the silicon loosing its natural adherence. With the costs of those stupid things, this is a major win. The biggest downside is how cool the gel feels when you put it on. It is funny how sometimes room temperature feels cold. It warms up fairly quickly though and if it helps you sleep, it is totally worth it!

This stuff just works. Put a very thin layer on your trouble spots and your mask should seal right up. You don't need to slather on a fat layer. Less is more.

I Hesitate to write this review because I don’t want to say something bad about this product, if it’s just affecting me. As for my experience using this product, it left red burn marks around the mask area of my face. I Just used it one night and I had red marks that after 3 days, are still kinda red. If no one else has had this issue, then it’s just me and my face. The cream worked well as a buffer between my face and the edges of my mask. I bought this cream for comfort, not leak issues. So I’m sad this didn’t work out, because this is one of the few places you can get cream that doesn’t damage the mask.

Seals out air leaks...yes. Does it prevent the Full Face Cushion from rubbing your face and nose raw...no. Does it prevent 'Eye Bags'....no. Does it prevent red lines on the face...no. I've stopped using this product after I discovered the Cotton Face Mask Liners which far outdo this product. Cotton Face Mask Liners are More comfortable, prevent less air leaks and they prevent an chaffing on the nose bridge and face.

After reading some of the negative reviews my guess is those people are using a full or partial face mask. And in that case, I can see their point. The gel being all over your face might be a bit uncomfortable / gross and use a lot. But as a nasal pillow user, this stuff is a god send. I'm usually finicky with handing out perfect reviews, and I would give this 10 stars if I could. If I don't wear it, my nose is sore until about mid day the next day. We're talking hours of a raw painful nose. When I do use it, within 10 minutes of waking up my nose feels like normal. In addition since it assists with the seal, I can loosen the strap another notch. And since this stuff is in my nose it mostly gets absorbed. I wipe my nose in the morning of some excess and that's all there is to it. If you use a nasal pillow you need this.

Okay so I read all the reviews before purchasing. I have to agree the worst part was the cold slimy feeling on my face. But after a few werks I tried something different and iy works great. When I get my machine ready for bed I wash the mask and everything and dry it and then I add a small amount of gel rub it in all around the seal area and I even rub some just under the seal inside the mask until I have a thin layer of gel all around the seal then I let it dry. When I put my mask on it's not slimy but it's just a little bit sticky not to much but just enough to create a good seal around my face. This is how I have been using it every night and it works great!
